We may achieve this through various gateways, such as art-making, movement, meditation, music, and other co-creation activities. Here on Insight Timer, Kristi draws on various disciplines, such as vibrational therapy and mantras, conscious movement, and various meditation traditions, to collaborate with listeners as they explore their own unique ability to heal, thrive, and step into the most authentic version of themselves.
