Welcome to Seed&Sage.
My name is Tamron Jewell.
Today's practice of letting go focuses on returning our energy to this given moment.
Today,
Let's explore the gentle practice of setting something down.
As we begin.
Simply allow your body to settle.
Let gravity do what it knows how to do.
Feel the earth,
The chair,
The ground beneath you receiving your weight.
You don't have to hold yourself up right now.
You are held.
And doesn't it feel good?
Draw a long,
Easy breath into your belly,
Down to your toes.
And as you exhale,
Soften.
Soften your jaw.
Let it unclench.
Soften the space behind your eyes.
And those tiny muscles around those eyes,
Let them rest.
Let your shoulders melt away from your ears.
There is nowhere you need to be but here.
You're right where you were meant to be.
Right here,
Right now.
Practicing the quiet art of letting go is not giving up.
It's not weakness at all.
Letting go is one of the most courageous,
Most active things a human being can do.
It takes everything you have to loosen your grip on what you've been holding so tightly.
As you breathe in and out.
Let's come into the heart space now.
Place a hand on your heart.
If that feels right to you.
Feel that warmth beneath your palm.
That's your soul's light.
Steady and true.
It's never required you to have it all figured out.
It's never asked for perfection.
It simply asks you to be present.
Letting go begins right here.
It begins with acceptance.
Accepting this moment exactly as it is right now.
Accepting yourself exactly as you are right now.
Not the version of you that you are working toward.
But the one breathing right now in this body with this story.
You're enough.
Exactly as you are.
Right now.
In this moment.
.
.
As you breathe in.
Let that soften.
Every part of your body.
With each exhale.
Ask yourself gently.
What am I still holding so tightly?
What story?
What outcome?
What version of how things were supposed to go.
You don't have to name it out loud.
Just feel the weight of it.
And with your next exhale,
Begin to loosen your hold.
Just a little.
Not all at once.
Just slowly.
And gently.
On your next exhale,
Breathe out and let it release.
Here's what I know to be true.
The outcome you've decided you need is not always the one that's meant for you.
There is an intelligence woven into the fabric of your life.
Something that has always been moving on your behalf.
Even in the seasons that felt silent.
Even when it didn't look the way you thought it would.
Especially then.
Trust that.
Lean into it.
You're not navigating this alone.
You never have been.
And so we practice.
We breathe.
We breathe in trust.
And we release.
We release control.
We let go of that need.
To know,
To force,
To control.
And then We sit in the tender discomfort of not knowing.
And we stay there long enough to realize We are OK.
In fact,
We are more than okay.
Fascinating.
How your body does it.
But when we let go.
.
.
We make space.
Space for what is truly ours to flow in.
We make space for new grace,
New possibilities.
New breath.
Letting go is the expansion.
It should feel like freedom.
Finally getting the freedom that you've been reaching for.
Trust in that process of letting go.
And as we trust,
We're reminded to breathe in.
And exhale letting it go.
You carry more wisdom,
More resilience,
More light than you have yet allowed yourself to own.
All those hard days,
They've deepened you.
Those very things you thought would break you.
They have been quietly building the foundation beneath your feet.
Strength,
Wisdom.
You are strong.
You are wise.
And you are still growing.
So let's soften.
Let's soften and stop chasing Stop forcing.
Let life meet you right where you are.
Trust the timing.
Trust this journey.
And always trust yourself.
As we take one final full breath in.
Fill yourself with the light,
The love.
And the peace that you've cultivated here.
And as you breathe out,
Feel the ease of relief.
Release.
It does feel like relief.
It feels like freedom.
It's beautiful to come home to yourself.
This is your peace.
You're allowed to let go.
Thanks for practicing with me today.
Remember,
Presence in practice.
