Welcome to Seed and Sage,
Where we practice coming back to ourselves.
I'm Tamron Jewell,
And I'm glad you're here.
This is a space to return to yourself,
One breath at a time.
There's nothing here to force,
Just an opportunity to arrive exactly as you are.
Start by letting your next breath be a little slower than the last.
Oftentimes,
Overwhelm isn't dramatic.
In fact,
It's usually functioning,
Showing up,
And doing everything.
While quietly losing weight.
Connection with yourself.
Answering the emails,
Taking care of everyone else,
Moving quickly from one thing to the next,
And somewhere in the middle of it all,
You begin to leave yourself behind.
Right now,
Nothing needs to be solved.
This is simply a moment to come back.
A moment that matters.
Take one slow breath in through your nose.
And let it leave gently.
Again.
Breathing in.
And slowly letting go.
Notice your shoulders.
Your jaw.
The muscles around your eyes.
You do not need to hold yourself together so tightly right now.
Let your body soften just a little.
Life is not easy.
You deserve moments of support too.
Feel your feet.
Fill the chair beneath you.
Or the ground supporting you.
Let yourself remember.
You are here.
Exactly where you are meant to be.
Right here.
This is presence in practice.
It's not perfection,
And it's not a permanent calm.
It is the ability to find your way back.
Presence grows slowly and gently through repetition.
Take one final slow breath.
Notice how you feel right now.
Slightly different than before?
And as you move back into your day,
See if you can carry a little more awareness,
A little more steadiness,
And a little more compassion for yourself.
Presence is not something you achieve.
It is something you return to.
