Welcome to Seed and Sage,
Where we practice coming back to ourselves.
I'm Tamron Jewell,
And I'm glad you're here.
Take a slow breath in and let it go.
If your mind has been racing,
If you've been carrying too much,
If you've been moving through your day without really checking in with yourself,
This is your pause.
Nothing to solve right now,
Nothing to figure out.
Just an opportunity to return to yourself for a few moments.
Just a reminder that you are right where you're supposed to be.
Allow your shoulders to soften,
Relax your jaw,
Let your hands rest naturally,
And take another slow breath in and a longer breath out.
Notice the surface beneath you,
Supporting your body.
Maybe it's the chair,
The floor,
The bed beneath you.
Whatever it is,
You do not have to hold everything up alone in this moment.
Now gently bring your attention back to your breath.
Breathing in for four,
And out for six.
Let's try it together.
Inhale,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Exhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Again,
Slow inhale,
And a longer exhale.
Notice if there's even a small amount of softening inside you.
It doesn't have to be perfect.
We're not expecting complete calm,
Just a little more space.
And sometimes that's enough for right now.
So many people move through their life disconnected from themselves for so long that overwhelm starts to feel normal.
This is your reminder.
You are still here,
Still breathing,
Still aware,
Still capable of coming back to yourself.
Even now.
Take one final slow breath in,
And let it go.
Begin noticing the room around you.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Thank you for being here.
Keep coming back to yourself.
Seed and Sage.
