Susan Quilty

Susan Quilty has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2015 and practicing since 2002. She enjoys helping students connect inward to nurture their emotional, mental, physical, and emotional health. In her own life, Susan faces challenges with “invisible” health conditions and appreciates the value of a healthy nervous system, which is supported through breath work and meditation. Beyond teaching yoga and meditation, Susan writes novels and short stories. She enjoys encouraging creativity and imagination in others, supporting their self-expression.
