Susan Quilty

Susan Quilty has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2015 and practicing since 2002. She enjoys helping students connect inward to nurture their emotional, mental, physical, and emotional health. With a strong inner sense of self, people are better equipped to find outward connection and a sense of belonging in the world around them. In her own life, Susan faces challenges with invisible conditions including hypermobilty, POTS, and immune system issues. She appreciates the value of a healthy nervous system, which is strongly supported through breath work and meditation. Beyond teaching yoga and meditation, Susan writes novels and short stories. She enjoys encouraging creativity and imagination in others, supporting their self-expression. As she expands her teaching to online platforms, Susan hopes to support more people in their own journey toward better mental, physical, and emotional health.
