Taking some grounded breaths into this body as you come to a comfortable position wherever you are and taking a moment to notice what's here,

How do you feel and where do you feel it.

As you breathe in and breathe out allow the breath to act as a messenger letting you know how you feel emotionally and physically in this moment and settling into whatever arises with a gentle curiosity for yourself and notice if you can create this space for acceptance to enter.

Allow the awareness to expand throughout the body and notice if you feel any tension.

Acknowledge where there might be resistance and take a deeper breath into those spaces.

Let the breath act as a cleanse,

As a waterfall,

Washing away the spaces of overwhelm,

Washing away the heaviness,

The staleness,

Anything that is no longer serving you and creating this space for acceptance to enter a gentleness and a softness of the body.

What would it look like to accept yourself as you are in this very moment,

Whole,

Complete,

Worthy and enough.

Give yourself permission to let go and surrender.

Surrender to something greater beyond this body,

Beyond this time and notice what lies here,

The space within.

Connecting with your heartbeat,

Connecting with this acceptance and letting the breath transform into compassion.

Feel your own love for who you are in this very moment and all that you have.

Even if the only thing that you have to be grateful for is just this breath.

Allow that feeling to expand throughout the body and feel this gratitude for what is here in this present moment.

Acknowledging that in this presence we have the power to create and change our entire lives.

Imagine this acceptance radiating from the body,

Imbuing the body and filling you up completely.

Expanding and shifting your auric fields,

Resetting and renewing just as easily as you breathe in and breathe out.

You are the energy of creation itself and no matter what is going on externally in our worlds,

Our minds,

We always have the power to pause and transmute any stale,

Stagnant energy into the energy of creation,

Into the energy of acceptance and love.

Take a deep breath in,

Breathing in this acceptance,

Letting the heart expand and open.

And as you exhale,

Let this unconditional divine love hold you,

Hold your vulnerability.

You are this acceptance.

You are this presence itself and this love.

And at any moment you can always come back to this feeling by just pausing and taking a deep breath in and exhaling,

Witnessing this miracle of life that you are your own abundance.

The light in me honors the light in you.

You are loved.
