Welcome,

Dear ones,

To this guided meditation intentionally designed for you and your precious heart.

If you haven't already,

Now is that perfect time to close your eyes and gently allow your awareness to drift inside,

Beginning to settle in to your inner world,

Your inner sanctuary of the self.

Gently begin inviting each breath to be a little slower and a little softer than before.

Breathing in,

Allow your awareness to settle more deeply within.

Breathing out,

Allow your body to relax and your mind to slow down.

You are exactly where you need to be,

Allow yourself to be fully here in this precious present moment.

Breathing deeply,

Breathing slowly,

Feeling as your body begins to relax.

With the next breath,

Allow your awareness to drift into your sacred heart space,

In the very center of your divine chest.

Feel the breath as it flows through your heart.

Breathing in,

Feel your heart expand and fill with the energy of love.

Breathing out,

To relax in to this vibration of pure love.

When the mind begins to wander,

Simply observe whatever is there.

And then intentionally call it back to the breath,

Back to your precious heart.

Relaxing in to love,

You are exactly where you need to be.

Allow yourself to be more fully here,

Now.

Breathing deeply,

Breathing slowly,

Feeling your heart expand.

And allowing your mind and body to relax in to love.

Love arises naturally when we step out of our own way.

Allow yourself to be here and fully receive the energy of love that flows freely from your precious heart.

There is no need to try and make something happen.

Simply allow yourself to be present with your heart.

To breathe deeply and slowly and your heart will do the rest.

Breathe deeply,

Your precious heart.

And allow yourself to drop more deeply in to the love of this sacred place.

Feel the coherence of your heart.

When the mind wanders,

Use your intention and attention and shimmers from this precious place.

Breathe.

Remember this love of your heart.

And for the next few moments,

Feel how this love radiates and ripples out from your heart into the field all around you.

Remember this feeling.

Remember the love that you are.

As you gently begin calling your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you.

Bringing gentle movements to the body,

Allowing it to move in any way it's called to move.

You can gently open your eyes.
