Welcome,

Dear one,

To this guided meditation,

Intentionally designed to help you settle in to your sacred heart,

Connecting in with this divine space,

To attune to the healing energies of love,

Of peace and ease,

And then to use these energies to help return the body to wholeness.

I recommend using this meditation every day,

For at least 21 days,

To witness how connecting with your heart can truly shift your experience of life.

If you haven't already,

Now is that perfect time to gently close your eyes,

Shifting your awareness inside,

To your inner world,

And the sanctuary of the self,

Inviting your breath to become a little slower,

And a little softer,

Inviting yourself to be fully present with your breath,

To connect in with your breath,

Allowing it to slow down as the breath becomes deeper and slower.

You may notice that the body begins to naturally relax,

Breathing deeply,

And feeling as the mind slows down with the breath,

Feeling the body let go and rest.

If the mind wanders or tries to distract you in another direction,

Just simply witness whatever is there,

Without judgment,

And then gently call your awareness back to your breath,

Bringing your full focus of attention back to each deep inhale and exhale,

And with the next breath in,

Gently shift your awareness into your sacred heart space in the center of your chest,

Feeling the breath flow through the heart,

Feeling your presence and awareness centered in your heart.

Breathing in,

Feeling your heart expand,

Breathing out,

Feeling everything that's no longer needed melt away and dissolve as the body continues to relax,

Settling in more deeply to this precious moment,

Not needing to be anywhere else but here,

Present and aware,

Feeling the breath flow through the heart,

Breathing slowly,

Feeling your heart expand,

And allowing the body and mind to relax,

Beginning to become aware of the powerful and vibrant healing energies of your heart that are present within this space,

Witnessing your heart expand with a vibrant ball of light,

Filled with this energy of healing,

With each breath feeling your heart become more vibrant,

Inviting this energy to amplify,

Present with your heart,

Feeling this vibrant energy of the heart as it radiates and pulses from within your chest.

As you continue to breathe,

Begin sending this energy into any spaces in your body that are asking for healing,

Send this energy of the heart into any areas that are calling for your own awareness and attention,

That are searching and reaching for wholeness,

Feel as this energy of the heart radiates,

Pulses and flows into all the cells and particles,

Uplifting them,

Nourishing them,

Calling them back into the rightful space of wholeness,

Intentionally sending this energy into a specific place in the body,

Or if you're unsure of where to let this energy go,

Let the heart carry it where it knows it needs to flow.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Feeling your heart expand and radiate with this vibrant healing energy,

And pulsing this vibration into the particles and cells within your body,

Helping them to return to wholeness,

Helping them to heal in the light of love,

Allowing your heart to love you back into life,

Allowing your heart to heal you into wholeness,

Present in this moment as you feel your radiant heart,

Feeling the energy of the heart flow through the body,

Feeling as you soften and let go,

Allowing the heart to do what it does naturally,

Allowing the heart to regulate the systems of the body,

Allowing the heart to carry you back to wholeness,

Allowing the heart to carry you back to wholeness.

Removing any separation,

Removing any fear,

Dissolving any discomfort,

Returning to the truth of who you really are,

Returning the body back to a space of balance,

Of harmony,

Feeling the radiance of your heart as it pulses within your chest,

Feeling the energy of your heart as it flows through the field around your body,

Guiding you back to wholeness,

Feeling as your body becomes lighter,

Feeling as your body becomes more at ease,

Relaxed in this moment,

Present with your heart,

Breathing deep and breathing slow,

Feeling as the systems of the body return to balance,

Return to wholeness,

Noticing when the mind gets carried away,

Calling your attention back to the breath,

Allowing yourself to be focused in this moment,

As your body and spirit align,

Feeling as all the cells and particles that make up your beautiful being return to wholeness,

Present in your heart,

Receiving the abundant healing of this divine space,

Stepping out of the way and into this present moment,

Allowing the systems of the body to return to balance,

Return to harmony and wholeness,

Taking three more deep breaths,

Sealing this practice within your heart,

And then bringing your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you,

Bringing gentle movements to the body,

Letting it move in any way it's called to move,

And when the moment arrives,

Gently opening your eyes,

Returning to this brand new moment in time,

As you stand connected to your heart and rooted in your wholeness,
