
Brilliance Of Being Guided Meditation
This guided meditation journey is designed to take you deep within where miracles are made possible. We open with a short breathing exercise followed by an invocation. We then move through a process to investigate an emotion or felt sensation before moving even deeper into practice to center on the energy of compassion and the brilliance of our own being. Feel free to share any experiences you have with this journey in the comment section.
Transcript
So let's all arrive here together by collectively taking an inhale and exhale,
Breathing deep into the body and letting yourself release all that's come before,
Fully arrive in this moment,
Taking a nice big deep breath in,
Feeling your body expand,
Feeling your heart expand,
And then breathing out and releasing all that's come before.
Now as you inhale,
I want you to count to the count of six,
Bringing in your breath for six counts.
One,
Two,
Three,
Six,
And then exhale out to the count of eight.
One,
Two,
Three,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
We're going to do a few more breaths like that.
Six counts in,
Eight counts out,
Settling into the calmness of your being,
Settling into now.
And from this still space,
We call on our angels,
Our wise ones,
And wisdom keepers of time.
We call on all of those who have walked this earth before us and guide us from beyond the veil and across dimensions.
We call on you and ask that you join us in this space.
Hold us in the arms of love.
Help us embrace the purity and divinity of our own hearts.
Help us dissolve into the spaciousness and stillness as we attune to the divine field of love that emanates from within our sacred heart and deep within the universal one heart.
May you hear the call of our hearts and fill us individually and collectively with that which is best for the good of the whole.
May we receive this blessing with love.
May we listen with love,
Speak with love,
Be still in love,
And allow all our thoughts,
Actions,
And deeds be done in love.
So it is,
So shall it be.
And allowing yourself to stay here,
Aware,
Simply being here as you are,
We invite you to survey your body and your mind,
Taking a quick scan all the way up from the toes to the top of your head,
Just observing whatever is present in your body,
Mind,
And feel.
And bring into your awareness something within you that is not fully at rest,
Maybe a part of the mind that's a little bit chatty,
Or an emotion or sensation that's overwhelming and strong.
Just allow yourself to become aware of whatever it is and bring this into your heart.
Whatever space in the body it's originating from,
Just draw it directly into your sacred heart.
And then imagine that you can take your hands and pull this emotion or these thoughts or these sensations out of your heart and place them in your hands.
And whatever it is that may be that's keeping your mind busy,
Your body in a place of overwhelm or discomfort,
Whatever it is that's not at rest,
Allow yourself to look at it and see what shape it takes on.
Witness the form that this takes as you hold it in your hands,
Without attachment or trying to change it,
Just simply being aware of it,
Allowing its form to change as you witness it through the eyes of love.
And then whatever this may be,
Surround it in the energy and vibration of love and then place it back in your heart and take a moment to notice how things may have shifted and allow yourself to settle more deeply into that still space within you.
With your eyes closed,
Let your awareness fall gently back on the breath,
Simply noticing how your breath is flowing,
Taking a moment to feel where in your body this breath flows,
Inviting your body to gently let go as you breathe,
Inviting your mind to slow down even more as you breathe,
Observing the sensations and emotions in your body,
Mind,
And feel without attachment or the need to grip to any one thought or feeling.
Now,
As you continue to remain aware of your breath,
I invite you to draw this breath into your sacred heart center,
Right in the middle of your chest and a few inches in,
Feeling your heart expand with each breath and relaxing more deeply as you breathe out,
Fully allowing yourself to be here,
Present in your heart,
And as you breathe and attune to the energy of compassion emanating from this sacred space within you,
You feel the compassion of your own divine heart,
Compassion for the self,
Both spirit and human in form,
Compassion for this now moment and whatever may be arising in your feel.
As you continue to breathe deeply into your heart,
On each breath in,
Allow the fullness of your being to be filled with this energy of compassion,
Of love,
And as you exhale out and your body relaxes and let goes even more,
This compassion emanates out from your heart into your body and out into the space that holds you,
Surrounding you and swaddling you in the energy of compassion,
Of grace,
Of divine love.
With each note of the music in the background,
May you continuously be brought back to the compassion of your own and the presence of your divine being,
Continuously witnessing where your awareness is placed and bringing it back to the now and this divine experience,
To the allowing and the inviting in of magnificent blessings that emanate from within,
Trusting that you are safe where you are,
Allowing yourself to feel fully held where you are,
Feeling as your body is uplifted and nourished by the energy of compassion,
Feeling as your spirit is soothed and the space around you filled with this divine grace and love,
Basking in the brilliance of this energy through your own awareness and presence,
Presence,
Where is your attention,
Where is your awareness placed,
Continuously bring it back to the now,
Back to your heart and the emanating vibration of care and compassion.
With each breath letting go even more,
Allowing yourself to be fully held,
Fully here,
Still breathing deep,
Still relaxing into your heart and allowing the fullness of who you are to be present here,
Relaxing into the observer and witness and spirit self,
Letting all form dissolve and embracing the brilliance of your divine being,
Without attachment,
Without gripping,
Just simply being.
And with each breath into the truth of who you are,
Feel as the brilliance of your own light becomes brighter and more magnified,
As the love within you shines outward and emanates all around you.
With each breath amplifying this brilliant light of who you are and standing as an energetic beacon of love,
Pulsing out vibrations of compassion,
Of care,
Of divine being,
Grace,
Pulsing these vibrations into the collective,
Helping to break down the veil of illusion and invite more spirits to take their place on this earth in their human form,
Activating,
Enlightening all these lights within the field,
Helping hearts across the world tune more easily to their own spirit,
Trusting that you need not do anything else than be here in your magnificence and brilliance,
Feeling as your own energy amplifies and pulses out into the field as a beacon of light,
Of hope,
And unconditional love.
Notice when your awareness strays in another direction,
Call yourself back to the brilliant light and truth of your being,
Call yourself back to this very moment where you shine as a beacon of love in the field and act as a wave of unconditional love to all the hearts across the world,
Helping to bring forward their spirit self,
Debating the light codes within these divine beings across the world through your presence and brilliance.
Be here,
Be present,
Be filled with the awareness of your own divine being,
Let all form dissolve and tune into that deep knowing within you that all truly is well,
All is tended to,
All is cared for,
All that is being asked of you is to be present in the brilliance of your own light.
Now,
I invite you to take a moment to give thanks for your heart,
For your heart,
To honor and offer gratitude for the divine being within you that is you,
And then gently begin calling your awareness and attention back to the physical space that holds you,
Bringing gentle movements into the body,
Letting it sway and move in whatever way feels called to move,
Remaining present as you move and inviting the fullness of who you are to remain here,
Not needing to rush off so quickly to the next thing,
But fully allowing yourself to be present with the one thing that exists in each moment of time.
And when you find yourself ready,
May gently open your eyes and return to this new now moment,
In this precious present time.
