Welcome,

Dear one,

To this guided meditation to more deeply connect with the radiant essence of your divine heart.

If you haven't already,

Now is a perfect time to close down your eyes and let the awareness drift inside,

Beginning to settle in to your inner world,

Your inner sanctuary for the self,

And then gently begin deepening your breath.

Maybe you begin elongating your inhale even more,

And if it feels right,

Maybe you're exhale extends out just a little longer than the inhale,

Letting the breath begin to relax you,

And with each breath,

Letting your body melt and let go,

Allowing the breath to become something of a portal into this precious moment in present time,

And feel as your breath moves through your body,

Relaxing and releasing you.

Now,

As you continue to breathe deeply and surrender softly,

Begin drawing your breath into your sacred heart space,

In the center of your precious chest,

And with each deep breath,

Begin connecting and attuning to the radiant heart that lives within you.

Maybe you can feel the precious beating of your divine heart,

And with each beat,

Let your body relax even more.

With each breath,

Invite your mind to slow down even more,

Dropping in a little deeper.

As you continue to breathe and be present with your heart,

Allow yourself to begin attuning to the vibration of vibrant love.

With each breath into your heart,

Allow yourself to become this love.

As anything else melts away,

As you breathe in,

Breathing into any spaces that may feel like blocks or barriers,

To this love that is you.

As you breathe out,

These walls and barriers melt away,

Dissolving with any limitations that you may have once needed,

But no longer serve your divine path at this time.

If you find that the mind comes in,

Trying to call your attention in another direction,

Simply call your awareness back to your breath,

And breathe deeply into your precious heart,

Coming back to this precious present moment,

And more deeply embodying love,

Becoming love,

And feel as this love within you swirls and moves all around you,

And as you more deeply become love,

Your heart radiates and vibrates this love out into the world,

The universe,

Bringing more peace to our shared collective heart.

Can you allow yourself to expand more deeply into this love?

The more love you feel,

The more love you share.

With each deep breath,

Dissolving into love just a little more,

Becoming an even more vibrant beacon of love,

And rippling this energy out,

Sending it into the universe,

The collective field.

Still breathing deep,

Still being present with your heart,

As you emanate love into the field.

And with the next deep breath,

Bring your awareness back to the central space of your heart,

And as you breathe,

Begin to feel back into your body and personal field,

And before we conclude this meditation today,

We're going to take a moment to center in our hearts and set an intention for the days ahead.

So,

As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly,

Feeling back into that gentle beating of your divine heart,

Connecting with your heart,

And with the next deep breath in,

Ask your heart,

What commitment can I make to my own precious self,

To show up and lead from love?

Asking your precious heart,

What actions or inactions can I take to live more connected to my heart?

And then simply attuning and listening for your own personal guidance to come through.

And when you feel like you hear your heart's guidance,

Take a moment to speak this in the form of an intention,

Or I am affirmation,

At least three times or more.

Then gently let the words go and reconnect with the breath.

And with two more deep breaths,

Gently begin returning your awareness to your physical space,

And bring gentle movements to the fingers or toes.

Let the body move in whatever way feels called to move.

And then when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Awakening once more to this precious,

Present time.
