Welcome dear one,
To this guided gratitude meditation,
Intended to take you deep within your heart,
Fully open yourself to embrace the energy and nourishing path of gratitude.
So at this time,
I'd like to invite you to gently close your eyes,
And bring your awareness to the gentle flow of breath as it moves in and out of your body,
Not trying to change anything,
Just simply observing your breath being present here in this now moment as you breathe.
Maybe you notice that your breath automatically and naturally begins to slow down as you're present.
Maybe you can feel your body relaxing as you breathe,
Your mind slowing down in a sense of welcoming what is in this moment.
Now as you continue to be present here,
I invite you to gently shift your awareness to your sacred heart space in the center of your divine chest.
Can you feel the gentle beating of your heart?
Can you welcome the feeling of aliveness that emanates from within your heart?
Can you feel the sensation of love present within your heart?
For a moment,
Simply bask in these nourishing energies from this divine space.
Now as you're present here,
Can you bring into your heart someone in your life that you are thankful for and that you appreciate?
Just bring this individual into your heart,
And feel what it means to be grateful for them,
Feel what it means to truly appreciate them.
You let this feeling of appreciation permeate throughout your entire body as you give thanks to this person in your life.
With your next wave of gratitude,
Impulse it out from your heart into the heart person you are appreciating,
Sending this energy of thankfulness and gratitude to their divine heart and spirit.
Now letting this drift away,
Can you bring into your heart a moment in time that you are grateful for,
That you appreciate?
Maybe this is a moment that developed you beyond all your years,
Or a moment that provided you with guidance or assistance.
Maybe this is a moment where you overcame an obstacle,
Transcended a difficult moment.
Whatever it may be,
Let this be present in your heart now.
What does it feel like to be grateful for this moment in time?
Can you feel this energy of gratitude permeate throughout your entire body?
Can you feel this appreciation pulsing in your chest?
With your next breath,
Gather up a ripple,
A wave of this gratitude and send it out from your heart into the collective field in this moment in time.
Sharing your appreciation with the world,
Sharing this energy of thankfulness into the collective.
Now,
Can you bring into your heart the feeling of appreciation and gratitude for the home and space in which you live?
You feel appreciation for the walls that hold you and the roof over your head.
What does this gratitude feel like when you breathe into it,
Allowing it to become amplified and stronger?
Can you feel this energy of gratitude moving through your body?
With your next breath,
Gather up this energy of gratitude and send it out into your home as a ripple and wave of appreciation.
Giving thanks to all the atoms and particles that make up this beautiful structure that is your home.
Now,
Can you let yourself feel appreciation and gratitude for all that is,
Even if what is looks different than what you wish it were?
Can you still feel appreciation for what's present in your now?
Can you give thanks for what is in your now?
What does this appreciation feel like?
Can you let it grow stronger and permeate throughout your entire body?
Can you let this appreciation hold you and show you that you are safe and that all truly is well as you appreciate what is in your now?
With your next breath,
Gather up this energy of gratitude and pulse it out as a ripple from your heart into the field around you,
Offering thanks for all that is and all that may be,
Filling the room and the space around you with this divine energy of appreciation,
Lifting the collective and helping to shift the tides to a world fueled by love.
Slowly through this experience of embracing gratitude and sharing it,
You can feel now,
While holding this gratitude in your heart and feeling the presence of appreciation in your body and the field,
I invite you to gently begin bringing your awareness back to the room and physical space that holds you,
Bringing gentle movements to your fingers and toes,
Integrating this energy of gratitude throughout your body as you move,
All while allowing this feeling of appreciation to remain.
And then when you feel ready,
You may gently open your eyes and return to this very new,
Now moment here in time.
