Greetings and welcome to this meditation for grounding and finding your natural biorhythm.
As we get started and dive right in,
Get comfortable,
Get centered in your body,
See if you can drop your mind and awareness into your body,
Letting go of all tensions and worries with each breath you take in and out.
Close your eyes and bring your attention into your breath,
Into the center of your being,
And with each breath letting go of any unwanted thoughts that arise.
Relaxing deeper and deeper,
Settling deeper and deeper into the breath.
With each breath in and out,
Letting go of even more tension,
Even more unwanted thoughts or concerns.
Shifting your attention now to your heart,
Beating in your chest.
Feel into its beat,
Noticing what it feels like,
Sensing its pulsation.
Perhaps you can literally feel the pulse on your skin.
Become fully aware of your heartbeat at this moment,
Noticing how fast is it beating.
How strong do you feel its pulse?
Whatever is arising,
Allow it to,
Bringing your focus completely on your heartbeat.
Relaxing and surrendering even more to your heart's natural rhythm.
Breathing in and out,
Feeling even more fully your heart and its beat,
Its biorhythm,
Its pulse.
Shifting your attention even deeper into your breathing,
Noticing literally the air going in and out through your nostrils,
Noticing the breath and its subtleties.
With each inhale,
Noticing how much air are you breathing in through your nostrils.
How does the pressure feel of each breath?
Be with your breath fully,
Feeling the sensations in your nose,
Becoming immersed in the breath.
Breathing in and out.
Now shift your attention to your diaphragm,
The muscle that actually contracts and expands,
Causing the breath.
Become aware of its movement,
Feeling expansion as you inhale,
Feeling contraction with each exhale.
Seeing the movement of your diaphragm,
In and out.
Do you notice any variations,
Perhaps,
Between the inhales and the exhales?
Notice the natural breath,
Pace,
And rhythm.
Be with your breath cycle naturally,
Taking your time,
Submerging even deeper into your biorhythm,
Connecting fully the heartbeat,
The breath,
And the movement of your diaphragm,
Flowing into a natural rhythm,
Allowing the breath to flow.
Be at ease with each breath.
Be at ease with each heartbeat.
Be at ease with each expansion and contraction of your diaphragm,
Riding this natural rhythm like a wave.
Breathing in and out,
Feeling your heartbeat,
Feeling your diaphragm,
See if you can dissolve even further into this biorhythm.
Letting go with each breath,
Allowing with each breath.
Surrender to each breath and be present in each breath.
Letting go with the heartbeat and the contractions,
Allowing with the heartbeat and the expansions.
Surrendering and being even more fully present in this natural rhythm.
As you inhale and exhale,
As you expand and contract,
Feeling even more deeply into this wave,
Into this natural biorhythm.
And as you do this,
Intentionally and willfully,
Draw in white light,
Divine light,
With each breath and each inhale,
Drawing in white light,
Refreshing and replenishing new energies.
And with each exhale,
Release black smoke as you allow the dissolution with each exhale of any old,
Dense,
Negative or unwanted energies.
As you draw in with each inhale a white light and you exhale and blow out a black smoke,
Letting go of all of these unwanted and old energies.
Breathing in new,
Exhaling out old.
Breathing in the new and exhaling out the old.
Natural cycles,
Natural rhythms,
Allowing the breath to alchemize you,
Allowing the fullness of all of your being to be alchemized with each beat,
With each breath,
With each contraction and expansion of your diaphragm.
Let your breath fill you completely with this positive divine energy and loving light.
Allow it to clear you.
Allow it to cleanse you.
Allow it to regenerate you.
Allow it to heal all aspects of your being.
Healing is automatic and entering this natural biorhythm will allow this divine healing to further unfold within all aspects of you.
Bring your attention completely to your heart,
Feeling even more fullness of its beat,
Becoming even more aware of the pulse,
Becoming the pulse,
Immersing in the pulse,
Immersing into this biorhythm.
Feeling in and out,
Breathing in and out.
As you do this,
Become aware of any sounds around you,
Become aware of any sounds around you.
Noticing sensations in your body,
Perhaps if you're sitting,
Noticing the seat under you,
If you're laying down,
Noticing the floor or what you're laying down on your back,
Noticing the sensations,
Hearing the sounds,
Becoming aware of your body and the space and room that you're in,
Becoming fully present,
Grounding back into your body,
Calling all parts of yourself back to you in harmony.
I call all parts of me back to me now in harmony,
Grounding,
Centering,
Opening your eyes while still maintaining the presence of this natural biorhythm,
Allowing yourself to gently acclimate to the present,
Coming fully back to this present moment,
To this here and now.
