In this meditation, you'll be taken on a fun camping trip with your friends. You're going to sit around the fire and release sadness, frustration and worry. And you're going to imagine and feel the joy of having one of your wishes coming true. This meditation will help you feel calm, balanced, with a healthy mind and a kind heart. Start by sitting comfortably,

Gently close your eyes and relax your body.

Now let's breathe slowly and deeply.

Inhale for one,

Two,

Three,

And let the air out through your mouth for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Again,

Inhale for one,

Two,

Three,

And exhale for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

One more time,

Breathe in one,

Two,

Three,

Breathe out for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Now imagine that you're camping with your friends in a beautiful place in nature.

You've just had a day of fun together,

Playing,

Swimming,

Running around and doing things that you really love.

It's the end of the day now and you and your friends are sitting around a campfire watching a beautiful sunset.

All of you are holding a stick with a marshmallow on it and you're getting ready to roast it.

And it's one of your favorite things to do when you're camping.

It feels so good to be with your friends.

You're all laughing together,

Telling jokes around the fire,

And those marshmallows taste so good.

Now pay attention to your beautiful heart.

Feel the love and kindness inside it.

Feel the energy of your mighty heart.

And now notice if there's anything making your heart sad or heavy.

Now imagine that you take all the sadness,

All the heaviness out of your heart,

Wrap it up into a ball and throw it in the fire.

Watch it disappear in the flames.

Now notice anything that's worrying your mind.

Take the worries out,

Wrap them up into a ball and throw it in the fire.

Now watch it disappear in the flames.

Now make a wish in your heart for something that would really make you happy.

Imagine what it would be like to have your wish come true.

How does it feel?

Now hold hands with your friends around the fire and watch your wishes disappear into the sky and mix with the stars.

Now place your hand on your heart.

Move your hands and toes.

Take a big stretch with your arms and get ready for an awesome day.
