Transcript

A warm welcome to this short meditation,

Helping you to unlock your potential and bring your desires into reality.

Before we begin today,

Make sure you have in the back of your mind this desire or goal that you would like to manifest in your life and be ready to focus on it in a moment.

First,

Find a comfortable position to sit or lie down,

Whatever works for you,

And allow your eyes to close when you are ready.

Begin by taking a slow,

Deep breath in through the nose,

Hold it for a moment at the top and release on a sigh.

Again,

Breathe in and feel your belly and chest expand.

Pause at the top and release.

Allow your body and mind to soften as you give yourself permission to let go.

Breathe in once again,

Hold it here,

And let all of it go.

Continue with this breathing in your own time,

And with each exhale,

Allow any remaining tension to slowly melt away as your body and mind completely relax.

And now,

Just allow the breath to come back to a comfortable rhythm.

Enjoy this new relaxation and comfort that runs through your body.

Take a moment to remind yourself that you are the chief architect of your life.

You are a creator.

As you sit or lie there now,

Let the vision of your desire come to the forefront of your mind.

Allow the image of it to be painted in front of you as clear as day.

See yourself achieving or receiving this desire as if it is happening right now.

How does it feel for this desire to be yours?

Acknowledge all of these feelings and allow them to fill you up.

See this desire all around you,

As if it has already manifested itself into your life.

Recognize that you have overcome many obstacles to get this,

And finally,

It is yours.

Take in this new reality in as much detail as you can.

Notice how your body feels right now and any emotions that continue to arise.

Allow yourself to just be with this moment and live in this desire.

Now that you have achieved your desire,

You realize that it couldn't have come at a better time.

And you understand now why it hasn't come sooner.

It all makes sense.

Continue to sit with this image of your desire and embrace every detail as you find yourself becoming grateful for it and the joy that it brings you.

Allow all of these positive feelings to ripple through your body and radiate out of you.

And now you can allow a sense of peace and calmness to wash over you as you trust that your manifestation is working.

It is on its way to you.

You are patient and you will be ready when the time comes.

Remind yourself that you are capable and you are powerful.

You can trust the universe and you can trust yourself.

And in your own time,

Just allow the awareness to come back to the present moment as you open your eyes.

And as you look around the room,

Take a moment to be grateful for all of the wonderful things that you currently do have in your life.

Go forward now with a full heart,

Knowing that you are one step closer to achieving your dreams.

And trust that this new desire is on its way to you.

If you'd like to sit with this feeling for a moment,

Then the music will continue for a little while longer to allow you to do so.
