Hello and welcome to this thought-diffusing meditation,
Where we will create space for new beliefs in the highest of good.
With acceptance and commitment,
We will use the form of ACT therapy.
This visualization will help free up limited beliefs that we have created and been conditioned to believe.
First I want you to get comfortable in a seated position or lying down with your back flat and straight.
Making your final adjustments,
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhaling fully out through your mouth.
One more time,
In through your nose and exhaling fully in a deeper relaxation,
Becoming more aware of your body and your heart center,
Take one more deep breath in through your nose and exhaling fully,
Releasing any tension in your body.
And any time you may drift off,
Bring your body back into the present moment by focusing on your breath and its natural rhythm.
Now imagine yourself in this most safest,
Sacred place.
This may be a field,
A forest,
A beach,
Whatever that may look like for you,
Imagine that now.
Feel the sun on your body,
Whatever you're feeling,
Just add those little details in.
And now either lying flat or sitting up,
Look up into the sky and notice any clouds that may be drifting by.
These clouds are for you to place your limited beliefs and any emotions,
Triggers,
Thoughts,
Or urges you may feel.
And as you place them,
They're going to drift from left to right or right to left,
Whatever feels natural for you.
The clouds may be big or small,
They might be more dense and heavy.
Just trust what you're seeing and feeling and release all the energy that has been conditioned.
In some moments,
The sky might be empty.
Just lay back and continue focusing on your breath,
Bringing yourself back into the awareness of your body.
Continuing looking up in the sky for a cloud to place any images and emotions into those clouds to drift far away,
Creating space between you and those limited beliefs.
By doing this,
You're accepting what is and committed to make a change and a shift in your energy field.
I'm going to continue to let you remove any images,
Limited beliefs or thoughts into these clouds and slowly let them drift away and I will come back in just a moment.
I want you to notice how you're feeling now.
How does your internal world feel?
Do you feel lighter?
If you still feel heavy and dense,
I want you to continue this practice for just a little bit longer by removing those energies.
Now if you're feeling lighter and more free and ready to start bringing in new positive beliefs and changing the way you've been conditioned,
I want you to know that by practicing this daily will bring you closer and closer to the commitment and acceptance at energy clearing subconsciously.
By practicing this visualization,
You're freeing up space for the highest of good.
With gratitude and thanks,
I want you to appreciate this moment and this time that you gave to yourself and your soul.
Know you can practice this for as long as you want or as short as you want whenever you feel the urge.
By doing this practice,
You'll gain more clarity in life.
So now we can take a moment to thank ourselves again,
Our divine team and God,
Bringing your body back into the awareness of your room,
Slowly waking up and starting your day.
