Hello and welcome to this morning meditation of gratitude prayer.
When we begin to wake up,
We need to really bring the energy of awareness.
After being in a state of the astral realm,
Sometimes we can awaken in a fog.
This is because part of our energy has been left somewhere in the astral realm,
Slowly fragmenting somewhere in some time.
So starting this practice every morning by pulling all of those energies throughout your dream state and astral traveling back into your physical vessel will help regain the clarity you need when you wake up on an energetic level and mentally,
Emotionally,
And physically.
So let's begin by bringing the awareness into our heart space.
This is our heart center energy.
Practicing in this space gives you the energy of setting your ego aside.
Bringing into your soul of your essence and trusting in this space,
Setting the intention for whatever it may be that you need to achieve today.
More clarity,
More peace,
More awareness,
More healing,
Whatever that looks like for you.
As we take our next breath and just really settling into the physical body,
Taking moments to thank our physical body for waking up today in gratitude for the beautiful house that we're in,
The bed that we sleep in,
The comfort of our safety that we are in in this moment.
Really grounding with gratitude in this present moment.
Now I want you to bring one thing that you are truly grateful for right now.
Whatever that is,
Send it straight into your heart center.
Feel it gravitate and expand into more love and appreciation.
Feeling this energy expand in your body on each breath that you take and just honoring the emotions that rise in this gratitude state.
Now we're going to go a little deeper into the energetic body and call in our higher self to pull in any fragments throughout our dream state and the astral traveling that we have lost.
Pulling those energies back into your physical body in the highest of frequency and clearing our energy in our astral traveling that we picked up.
Anything that is not in our highest of good,
Removing that and clearing that immediately now.
It is done.
And just setting those intentions still in that gratitude state,
Going back into your heart space and thinking of another thing that you are fully gratitude and appreciation of life for.
This can be anything from your breath,
Your house,
Your animals,
Your family,
Anything that comes to mind.
Now with that in your mind,
Send it straight into your heart center and expand that even more on each breath that you take.
Engulfing your body with this frequency of love and gratitude and thanking our guides for coming forward and assisting us in this frequency of healing.
Taking a moment to state some affirmations before we go and start our day.
Taking a deep breath in.
I am thankful and grateful for every step that my feet have taken me.
I am thankful for the air in my lungs with each breath that I take.
I am thankful for my guides that have always supported me.
I am thankful for my physical body keeping me grounded and connected.
I am thankful that I get to live in this energy field full of gratitude.
I am grateful for the people that support me and love me.
I am grateful for the sunrise and the sunset.
I am grateful for all of the dreams that I accumulate in my lifetime.
I am grateful for the awareness of self.
I am grateful.
I am grateful.
I am grateful.
I am grateful that I am connected to the universe and all that is in the highest of frequency.
I am grateful.
I am grateful.
Now start to bring your awareness back into your physical body.
Taking some nice deep cleansing breaths and starting your day with the intention in your heart space.

Thanking your soul for being there for you and supporting you on this earthly journey.
