In this guided meditation you will have a chance to connect with your loved ones and guides to receive any messages and comfort you may seek. This is designed to help you gain more confidence with your intuition and to give you more heart center support during difficult times.

Hello and welcome to this angelic healing meditation where we are going to connect with our loved ones and our angels for any messages that we may need.

So before we begin,

Make sure that you are in a comfortable position without any distractions and just honoring this present moment as we settle into the physical body.

And when you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

And before we start this healing,

We're going to connect to our heart center and all that is.

This is the space where the highest frequency of healing and instant manifestation happens.

So let's start with taking three deep inhales.

In through the nose and fully exhaling out of the mouth and remember that you are connecting to life force energy.

You are instantly raising your vibration and connecting to the portal of instant healing.

Now I would like you to rest in this center.

Breathe into your heart center and take a moment to feel what that awareness feels like.

This center is unconditional love,

Compassion,

How we give and receive love.

And just know that every time you connect to the center,

You are allowing yourself to feel safe and secure,

Receiving messages while you set your ego aside.

The more you spend time in this vibration,

The more you allow yourself to heal and to receive messages from your loved ones and angels.

This is the center of the seat of your soul,

The power of your all that is in intuition,

Connection to oneness.

Now I want you to go in the center in your mind's eyes as you breathe in,

Feeling the energy of what your heart center might look like for you.

And as we begin this magical journey,

Let your mind wander into a magical safe space.

And just notice that this space is safe and it's exactly where you need to be.

And in this safe space,

You are being led into a beautiful forest.

The trees are tall,

Green and majestic.

The path you walk on is safe.

And as you walk,

Your body slowly relaxes.

You begin to notice small little details of your path.

You can hear birds chirping,

The rustling of the leaves as you take each step into this magical forest.

The sunlight filters through the tall trees and into the forest floor.

And as you continue to walk,

You feel a gentle breeze blowing.

You are at peace.

You are at stillness.

And as you continue your walk,

This path you see ahead of you is brilliantly glowing,

Bright as the sun.

And as you walk closer,

You see it is a large white staircase going up through the clouds.

The staircase is so illuminating,

It shimmers in the sunlight.

And as you move forward and slowly begin to climb,

And as you take one step and then another,

You notice how easy it is for your body to gently flow into the space with each high step you take.

As you climb,

You take a look and you see the tops of the trees as you climb higher and higher.

Soon the forest appears small,

Far below you.

And as you climb even higher,

You take another step and you pass through the clouds and you feel the warm cool mist on your face.

And as you walk,

You notice a beaming light and this energy center is glowing brightly.

You notice that this is a temple,

This energy in the clouds,

A dome-like temple.

And as you step into this temple,

You see beautiful energies all around you,

Supporting you.

They might look like a color or a glimpse of a face or a shadow.

Know that you are safe and supported in this temple.

You take a look around and you see a beautiful comfortable chair.

You decide to take a seat.

And you look around and you engulf your body with this beautiful healing temple energy,

Knowing that it's protecting you,

Comforting you,

And supporting you.

You feel comfort in this sacred space.

And as you gaze to the right,

You see your guides and your guardian angels as they appear through this beautiful golden communication portal.

Their light is so bright.

Their faces are so pure,

Full of love and light.

Their auras are bright and brilliant,

Vibrantly glowing.

You notice that their energy is so calming.

You feel the sense of overwhelming energy of love.

And in this moment,

You realize that you feel at home,

You feel safe and protected and overwhelmed with joy.

Your spirit team communicates with you telepathically as they share that they have always been here for you.

And they are here now to answer any questions that you may have.

You take a deep breath in and you consider the question that you've been longing to have the answer for.

They encourage you to go ahead and ask,

And you do.

Instantly,

You receive the answer you've been searching for.

And in this moment,

You realize that you've had the answer this whole time inside of you.

You just needed a gentle nudge from your team to trust yourself and trust your intuition.

And to remember that you are clairvoyant.

Now,

Notice that your team is standing there,

And they ask you if you would like to connect with any loved ones.

You take this time to consider the question,

And you call on your loved one's name as they appear through the golden portals.

You instantly see a beautiful white light,

Growing bright.

Notice this light coming slowly through the portal.

It is getting closer and closer to you.

You see your spirit guides watching with unconditional love and joy.

As your loved one steps through the portal,

You are finally able to see their face.

And in this moment,

You are overwhelmed with emotion.

It is the moment you've been longing for.

They share that they have a gift for you and ask that you hold out your hands.

You reach out in front of you.

And you notice that the gift that they have is placed into your hands.

You express gratitude,

Love for this gift.

And you know that you can communicate with them at any moment that you desire.

Just notice how you feel right now.

How amazed you are as you are remembering that you are psychic.

And that you can communicate with your spirit team and loved ones at any time you desire.

Remembering that you are connected with everything in this universe.

As you gently send love and light to your guides and your loved ones for joining you today,

I want you to remember that you are able to come back and talk to your team as much as you'd like.

You now notice that your team is placing healing crystals all around your neck,

All around your energy centers.

Healing and cleansing you before they send you back into the forest and down the golden path and into the present moment.

And thanking your team as you bring yourself back into the room,

Taking a deep breath with gratitude,

Opening your eyes when you feel ready.
