In this guided meditation we're going to specifically remove and clear our energetic body,
Our chakra systems,
And our energy field.
Removing hidden,
Trapped trauma,
Stuck energy,
Any energetic cords that may be attached from any type of lifetime,

And future,
And transmuting this in the highest of good with the violet flame.
This meditation is designed to work deep in the subconscious mind,
So you may listen to this before bed by setting intentions to clear what might be hidden in your energetic body.
So making your final adjustments and settling in,
Taking a nice deep breath in through your nose,
Slowly releasing out of the mouth and settling your body,
Really bringing all of your awareness into your breath.
We're going to start by transmuting any energetic cords that are in your auric field.
We're going to call in Archangel Michael to cut any cords that may be attached from others or any energy that you've given out throughout your day.
And as Archangel Michael cuts these cords,
They are transmuted and sent back into the highest of good using the violet flame,
Trusting our higher self,
God's white light,
And our guides in the highest of frequency,
Slowly reintegrating any energies that you've lost throughout your day.
Now we're going to start at the top of your head with your crown chakra,
Calling in the highest of good.
I want you to envision the violet flame lit just above your head.
This violet flame is going to transmute any hidden attachments,
Any energetic cords from past,

Or future that is no longer in your highest of good.
Transmuting.

Pulling this violet flame down into your third eye,
Calling in the energy of the highest of good to transmute and remove any thoughts that are intrusive,
That are not yours.
They do not belong.
Any hidden past or future cords that are attached in any timeline,
Transmute now into the violet flame.
Pulling this violet flame down into your throat,
Removing any cords that have kept you stuck from speaking.
Transmuting.
Removal.
Activating and opening your throat chakra with this violet flame.

Or future hidden cords,
Stagnant energy,
Transmute now.

Pulling it violet flame into your heart,
Your awareness.
We're going to call in this beautiful emerald green light as well.
