Hello I'm Satine Starr and welcome to this five minute breathing meditation.
Five minutes that's all you need to reset your nervous system.
So sit comfortably and when you're ready close your eyes.
We're doing box breathing which is four counts for each phase.
So let's begin by breathing in,
Holding,
And breathing out.
Breathe in,
Holding,
Breathe out,
And again breathe in,
Holding,
Breathe out,
Inhale,
Hold,
Exhale,
Breathe in,
Hold,
Breathe out.
Let's continue.
Inhale with me for a four count,
Hold it for a four count,
And breathe out.
Breathe in,
Hold,
Release.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale through the nostrils,
Hold,
And exhale through the mouth.
Now take a deep breath,
Hold it in,
And exhale.
We want to try to go as deep as we can this next one,
Deep into our bellies.
Ready?
Breathe in,
Hold it in,
And release.
A couple more times.
Breathe in through our nostrils,
Hold,
Release.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Breathe in,
Hold,
Breathe out.
Inhale,
And exhale.
Let's try to go deep in our bellies again.
Breathe in,
Hold,
Release.
You're doing wonderful.
Continue breathing in through your nose,

And release.
One more time.
Deep breath in through your nostrils,
Hold,
And release.
I want you to notice how much calmer you're feeling right now and how much clearer you are seeing.
Five minutes can change everything.
