I want you to release it,
All the things that didn't go quite perfect.
It's time to release it now.
It is over and tomorrow is a new day.
Now I want you to think of three things that you were truly grateful for today.
Now I want you to feel that gratitude in your heart.
Let your heart expand and let that energy fill your chest.
And continue to focus on that feeling of gratitude as it expands throughout your chest and the rest of your body.
Now I want you to allow your body to become heavy.
Let your thoughts quiet.
