Good morning, Beautiful soul. Before the world starts pulling at your attention today, Let's take a moment to reconnect with your energy. Go ahead and sit up in bed or find a comfortable seat and allow your shoulders to relax and gently close your eyes with me now. Take a slow breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth right now. One more time with me. Inhale deeply and release. Now, I want you to bring your attention to the top of your head. And as we do this, We're going to imagine a blue light flowing down from above us. This light is healing energy that's flowing gently into your crown. This light moves through your mind clearing away fog, Worry, And any lingering stress from yesterday. This light moves through your mind as it's clearing away the fog, Worry, And stress and is going to slowly move down into your throat. I want you to imagine it opening your voice and helping you express yourself clearly today. Let this energy flow into your heart. Feel the warmth expanding through your entire chest. Your heart is opening and your energy is balancing. Now, I want you to repeat quietly to yourself. Today, I allow healing energy to flow through me. Today, My mind is calm and clear. Today, My energy supports me. Now, Take a deep breath in and imagine this light is expanding through your entire body. And as you exhale, Imagine that energy surrounding you like a protective glow.
