Meditation Timer OnlineSara Ferrer is a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, spund bath enthusiast and guide in nervous system–centered practices that help people slow down and reconnect with themselves. With a foundation in restorative and yin yoga, her work focuses on accessibility, subtle awareness, and creating space for all bodies. Her meditations are grounded, sensory, and quietly immersive, often incorporating our beautiful natural world such as ocean rhythms, deep forests and even the cosmos, all offered to support rest, sleep, and emotional regulation. Rather than offering escape, she creates a sense of connection: a calm, human presence during moments that feel overwhelming, restless, or hard to settle. Sara believes yoga and meditation are for everybody and every body. When she’s not on the mat, she can usually be found behind the pottery wheel or gazing at the moon.
