Welcome back to another tapping session.
Today we are going to be tapping to release illness,
Colds,
Viruses,
And toxins.
So any of those sickies that we are getting right now,
Let's work on releasing them.
So take a deep breath,
Just let it go easily.
Think about how you're feeling if you are not feeling well.
If you've had a cold,
If you've had COVID,
If you just haven't been feeling your best lately.
Think about how you felt when you did feel your best.
Thinking about how it feels to be healthy and how you felt when you were at your best.
When your body,
You felt like your body was performing in top shape.
Embody that and let's tap into that.
Tapping on the side of the hand,
The karate chop point.
You can repeat out loud after me or in your head.
Even though I have this illness,
I am open to accepting how I feel right now.
I am open to releasing this illness.
Even though I have this virus,
I am open to accepting how I feel right now.
And I am open to releasing the virus.
Even though I may have these toxins floating around in my body,
I am open to accepting how I am feeling right now.
And I am open to releasing and clearing any toxins from my body.
Eyebrow point,
This virus in my body.
Side of the eye,
Release.
Under the eye,
This illness within my body.
Under the nose,
Release.
Under the lip,
Any toxins within my body.
Collarbone,
Release.
Under the arm,
I release anything in my body that no longer serves me.
Top of the head,
I release the thought of having it from my mind.
Eyebrow point,
I release the essence of the illness from my spirit.
Side of the eye,
I am open to discovering who I am without this illness.
Under the eye,
I release the illness from my body.
Under the nose,
I release any illness,
Virus,
Or toxins with grace and ease from my body,
My mind,
And my spirit.
I allow my body to let go of any virus within.
Collarbone,
I allow my body to let go of any bacteria within.
Under the arm,
I allow my body to let go of any toxins within.
Top of the head,
Whatever is weighing me down.
Eyebrow point,
Whatever is causing me to feel sluggish.
Side of the eye,
Whatever is causing me to feel tired.
Under the eye,
This brain fog.
Under the nose,
These headaches.
Under the lip,
This cough.
Collarbone,
This sneezing.
Under the arm,
Any pain.
Top of the head,
Any discomfort.
Eyebrow point,
I release it all now.
Side of the eye,
I release it from my body on a cellular level.
Under the eye,
I clear any virus,
Bacteria,
Or toxins from my body now.
Under the nose,
I release any virus,
Bacteria,
Or toxins.
I clear it from my mind now.
Under the lip,
I release any viruses,
Bacteria,
Or toxins.
I clear them from my spirit now.
Collarbone,
I allow my body to heal.
Under the arm,
I allow myself to sleep beautifully tonight.
Top of the head,
I allow my body to get a restorative sleep tonight.
Eyebrow point,
I shed from my body what no longer serves me in a positive way.
Side of the eye,
And I am looking forward to waking up tomorrow.
Under the eye,
Feeling healed.
Under the nose,
I am open to waking up tomorrow morning.
Under the lip,
Feeling better than I have in a very long time.
Collarbone,
I am open to the concept of accepting myself fully.
Under the arm,
I am open to feeling gratitude for all of the good that I have.
Top of the head,
I may not feel exactly how I want to right now.
Eyebrow point,
But I am open to feeling better and better as each day goes on.
Side of the eye,
Because the better it gets.
Under the eye,
The better it gets.
Under the nose,
I am ready to be healed.
Under the lip,
I am healed.
Collarbone,
I am grateful.
Under the arm,
I am alive.
Top of the head,
I am vibrant.
Eyebrow point,
I am beautiful.
Side of the eye,
I am healthy.
Under the eye,
I am vivacious.
Under the nose,
I am unique.
Under the lip,
I am me.
Collarbone,
And I am open to being the best me that I can be because I bring value and joy to this world.
Under the arm,
I can honor all the parts of me.
Top of the head,
And I am open to doing that right now.
I am ready to be healed.
And you can stop tapping and take a deep breath,
Let it out.
And if you feel like you need a little bit more healing,
