My name is Crystal and I am going to walk you through using EFT tapping to acknowledge and release negative emotions based on anxiety and the feelings of anxiety.
If you can,
Find a quiet space and get as comfortable as possible.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Allow that breath to fill your belly and breathe out through your mouth.
Sigh it out.
One more deep breath in through the nose for the count of four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold one,
Two,
And breathe out for six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Allow your breathing to flow naturally.
See where any tension is being held in your body.
Think about the anxiety that you are currently feeling.
On a scale of 0 to 10 where 0 is no anxiety,
You just enjoy tapping,
And 10 is the highest,
Rate the intensity of your anxiety now.
Focus on where you are feeling the most anxiety in your body.
And we're gonna start tapping on the side of the hand.
You can repeat after me out loud or keep it in your head.
Even though right now I feel this anxiety,
I accept the way that I feel,
And I accept my emotions,
And I deeply and completely accept myself.
Even though I can feel this anxiety in my body,
My heart might be racing,
My thoughts might be racing,
My body might feel electric,
I accept the way that I feel right now,
And I know that this can go away.
Still on the side of the hand,
Even though I am feeling so anxious right now,
Feeling this anxiety in my body,
I may or may not have a reason for it,
But I truly accept this is where I am right now.
Tapping on the eyebrow point,
This anxiety that I am feeling.
Side of the eye,
I accept the way that I feel right now.
Under the eye,
It is okay to have these feelings.
Under the nose,
And even though it is so uncomfortable,
I accept the discomfort right now.
Tapping on the chin,
Any tension I may be feeling in my body.
Collarbone,
I acknowledge these feelings now.
Tapping under the arm,
And I release what no longer serves me.
Top of the head,
I am open to letting go of this anxiety.
Eyebrow point,
This anxiety.
Side of the eye,
I release it.
Under the eye,
These feelings of nervousness.
Under the nose,
I release them now.
Under the lip,
Any remaining tension in my body.
Collarbone,
I release it now.
Under the arm,
When I am in a state of fight or flight or freeze,
I know that I am not in a state of a clear mind.
Top of the head,
And I acknowledge and accept this statement now.
Eyebrow point,
And I allow myself to relax just a little bit.
Side of the eye,
Even if I can't fully relax right now.
Under the eye,
I accept where I am and I know that I can and will feel better.
Under the nose,
Acknowledging any remaining anxiety now.
Under the lip,
Letting myself know that I am okay.
Collarbone,
It is safe to be healed.
Under the arm,
It is safe to feel my feelings.
And it is safe to move on.
Top of the head,
Any remaining tension or stress in my body.
Eyebrow point,
I acknowledge you.
Side of the eye,
I accept you.
Under the eye,
And I'm asking my body right now.
Under the nose,
Any ways that it needs support.
Under the lip,
I am open to listening to my body.
Collarbone,
And if this is a situation that I am having anxiety about experiencing.
Under the arm,
I am telling myself that it is okay to do it scared.
Top of the head,
Fear is a human emotion.
Eyebrow point,
And even the bravest people in the world still have fear.
Side of the eye,
But some of the bravest people do what they need to do.
Under the eye,
And they still do it scared.
Under the nose,
And I accept all of my emotions.
Under the lip,
I accept all of my feelings.
Collarbone,
And I'm going to sit with them right now.
Under the arm,
And I am going to acknowledge and accept them.
Top of the head,
I am going to thank them,
And I'm also going to set them free.
Eyebrow point,
I love and honor myself.
Side of the eye,
I love and honor all of my feelings.
Under the eye,
I accept myself for who I am.
Under the nose,
Because I am amazing and beautiful and phenomenal.
Under the lip,
And I accept the universe telling me that.
Collarbone,
I'm proud of myself for showing up today.
Under the arm,
I'm proud of myself for the work that I have done thus far.
Top of the head,
And I am willing to walk through the rest of my day with my head held as high as I can.
No judgment,
No pressure,
I'm just gonna do my very best.
Stop tapping,
Take a deep breath in,
And release it.
Be proud of yourself for digging into your feelings today.
Be proud of yourself for acknowledging the way you feel.

Give yourself grace,
