Thank you for joining me,

I am Crystal and today's episode is all about guiding you into a deep restful sleep using the gentle and effective practice of EFT tapping.

So find a quiet comfortable space and let's begin.

Before we start tapping,

Let's take a moment to get in touch with our breath.

Close your eyes if you can,

Take a deep breath in through your nose and then exhale slowly through your nose or your mouth.

Take a breath in and exhale.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to release tension,

Worries,

And any negative or annoying thoughts that might be lingering in your mind.

Now gently tap on the karate chop point of your hand and repeat after me.

You can repeat it out loud or in your mind.

Even though I'm finding it hard to relax and fall asleep,

I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though my mind may be racing with thoughts,

I choose to relax and to let go now.

Even though I am holding on to the day's stress,

I allow myself to release that stress and surrender to sleep.

Starting at the top of the head,

I release the tension in my mind.

I release the worries of the day.

Tapping on the eyebrow point,

I let go of my racing thoughts.

I allow my mind to become still and embrace the quiet.

Tapping on the side of the eye,

I release any and all stress from my body and I am open to surrendering to the calmness of the evening.

Tapping under the eye,

I release any anxieties that I may have about tomorrow.

I trust in my divine source and I believe that the universe has my back.

Tapping under the nose,

I'm open to letting go of the need to control everything.

I now allow myself to relax and find peace.

Tap under the lip,

I release the tension I'm feeling in my shoulders.

I release any tension that I'm feeling in my forehead.

Tapping on the collarbone,

Right now I am letting go of any and all expectations.

I embrace this beautiful rest.

Tapping under the arm,

I release tension,

Allow my body to relax and surrender any and all anxiety.

I am safe and I am at peace.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose,

Hold it at the top and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Feel the soothing energy flowing through your body as we repeat the tapping.

Become lighter,

Calmer,

And more at ease.

Starting on the side of the hand again,

Repeating the tapping one more time,

Even though I may still find it hard to relax and fall asleep.

I accept the way I feel right now,

And I allow myself to release any lingering thoughts.

If I still have lingering thoughts,

I choose to relax and let them go now.

Even though I may be holding on to a little bit of stress still,

I lovingly release any remaining stress and allow my body to fall into a beautiful deep sleep.

Tapping on the top of the head,

Releasing any tension left in my mind,

Releasing any tension left in my body,

Releasing any of the remaining worries of the day.

Tapping on the eyebrow point,

Letting go of raising thoughts.

I am now allowing my mind to become still and quiet.

Tapping on the side of the eye,

Releasing any remaining stress in my body now,

Surrendering to the calmness and peace of the evening.

Under the eye,

Releasing any remaining anxiety about tomorrow,

Trusting that everything will be okay.

Tapping under the nose,

Truly letting go of the need to control everything in my life.

Allowing myself to relax now and find peace.

Tapping under the lip,

Releasing tension in my forehead and eyebrows,

Releasing tension all the way down my spine,

Tension in my shoulders,

Tension in my knees,

Tension in my hands,

Tension in my hips,

Tension in my thighs,

And tension all the way down my legs.

I release it now.

Tapping on the collarbone,

I let go of any and all expectations for the evening.

I embrace this moment of rest and digest.

Tapping under the arm,

I release,

I relax,

And I surrender now.

I know that I am safe,

I am calm,

And I am at peace.

Just keep tapping and follow the different points.

You don't have to repeat anything here,

Just listen to my voice.

As you continue tapping,

Visualize yourself in a serene,

Tranquil place.

It could be a beach,

A forest,

Or anywhere that you feel completely relaxed and completely safe.

Imagine what you hear,

What you see,

And what you feel in your beautiful,

Comfortable space.

Let this imagery lull you into a state of deep relaxation.

You are now in the perfect state to drift off into a peaceful sleep.

Trust that your body knows how to heal itself,

And sleep will come naturally.

Feel the softness of the surface underneath you,

The coziness of any blankets wrapped around you,

And the support of your mattress or surface below you.

Know that you are absolutely deserving of this rest.

You've done the work,

And now it's time to let go and relax.

Trust in the process,

And allow yourself to surrender into a beautiful,

Restful sleep.

May you have a lovely sleep,

May it be restorative,

And may you wake up tomorrow feeling amazing and refreshed.
