Hi everyone and thank you for joining me for another episode of Tapping.
For this episode I want to tap into health.
It's December,
It's winter,
Everyone is getting sick,
There's a flu going around in upstate New York,
So I wanted to tap into feeling better.
So thinking about if you are feeling sick or you have maybe it's a an ongoing issue,
Maybe there's a chronic issue going on that you've been dealing with,
That can also fall into the category of tapping into health.
So thinking about what's going on with your body and from a scale of 0 to 10,
Again 0,
Nothing is wrong I just love tapping,
10 is I don't know how I can deal with this.
I need to tap for some relief.
And keeping in mind that tapping is not going to cure or heal any disease outright,
But tapping can help with reducing inflammation.
Inflammation is or can be a cause,
An underlying cause of a lot of different illnesses,
Diseases,
Ailments,
And things like that.
So on a scale of 0 to 10,
Figure out where you are,
0,
I feel great,
10,
I really need to tap.
And think about where where you feel this in your body,
Maybe you just have a cold,
Maybe you have the flu,
Maybe you're having congestion,
Ear pain,
Headaches,
Coughing,
And if it is an autoimmune or a chronic illness,
Think about where you feel it most in your body or where it affects your body most.
And rate that 0 to 10 and just focus on that one area.
We can start small or you can be general with I just don't feel great.
So we'll start by tapping on the side of the hand.
Even though,
And just repeat after me out loud or in your mind,
Even though I am not feeling my best,
I honor where I am at right now.
Even though my health isn't where I want it to be,
I am open to healing.
Even though I don't feel as good as I would like to,
I know that this may be a temporary thing.
Going to the eyebrow point,
Not feeling 100%.
Side of the eye,
Feeling sick.
Under the eye,
Feeling achy.
Under the nose,
Feeling tired.
Under the lip,
Feeling so run down.
Collarbone,
Not feeling 100%.
Under the arm,
Release.
Top of the head,
Feeling sick.
Eyebrow point,
Release.
Side of the eye,
Feeling achy.
Under the eye,
Release.
Under the nose,
Feeling tired.
Under the lip,
Release.
Collarbone,
Feeling run down.
Under the arm,
Release.
Top of the head,
I release all of these symptoms from my body with ease and grace.
Eyebrow point,
I call on my body's natural abilities to heal.
Side of the eye,
I know that my body knows how to heal.
Under the eye,
My body knows what it needs to do.
Under the nose,
I just need to give it a little space to do its job.
Under the lip,
I open myself up to feeling a little more healed now.
Collarbone,
Thinking about how it feels when I am at my best.
Under the arm,
I am breathing deeply.
Top of the head,
I am free of pain.
Eyebrow,
I have clarity of mind.
Side of the eye,
I feel limber.
Under the eye,
I feel energized.
Under the nose,
I feel happy.
Under the lip,
I feel amazing.
Collarbone,
And I am grateful for all of these beautiful healthy feelings.
Under the arm,
I allow myself to feel these feelings now.
Top of the head,
I know that this illness or disease may be temporary,
Even if I've dealt with it for a long time.
Eyebrow point,
There is the possibility that I can heal.
Side of the eye,
I allow my immune system to work as it should.
Under the eye,
I allow myself to relax,
And I allow myself to let my body function as it knows how to do.
Under the nose,
I allow myself to have space to heal.
Under the lip,
I allow myself the grace to heal.
Collarbone,
I believe that I can heal.
Under the arm,
I believe that I am healing.
Top of the head,
My immune system is growing stronger.
Eyebrow point,
My body is amazing.
Side of the eye,
I appreciate all that my body does to support me.
Under the eye,
My body has carried me this far.
Under the nose,
My body is a beautiful temple for my soul.
Under the lip,
Moving forward,
I will be open to making better choices that support my body.
Collarbone,
Because my body supports me,
Even if sometimes it doesn't feel like it.
Under the arm,
I am open to listening to my body when it tells me what it needs.
Top of the head,
I appreciate what my body does for me.
I honor myself,
And I give myself the space to heal.
You can stop tapping.
Just see how you feel thinking about that scale of zero to ten.
If your levels have gone down,
Awesome.
If you need to do this session again,
Feel free to repeat it as many times as you need or daily,
You know,
If you have a cold,
A flu,
Something going on,
And just see how you feel if you do repeat it once a day.
And I hope you all feel better.
I hope this helps,
And keep tapping.
