This guided tapping session is great for when you are in a situation where you feel like you've just gotten so much resistance around the situation.
If you're looking for guidance and you're not seeing it,
You're not finding any signs,
You're not seeing any forward movement from whatever is going on,
Just thinking about letting go.
Letting go and letting God,
Letting Source,
Letting the universe just come in and guide you.
Let the universe,
Let God,
I'm going to use God for this.
If you prefer something else,
Feel free to replace it with that.
But letting go and letting God take over,
Basically.
Giving your troubles to God,
Giving your fears to God,
Giving your worries to God.
So we'll start by taking a deep breath.
Breathe in through the nose for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold one,
Two,
And then sigh it out for four,
Three,
Two.
And think about that situation that just doesn't seem to change for the better.
Maybe it changed for the worse.
Maybe it's just staying right where it is and there's no movement.
But just thinking about that,
Think about where you feel that resistance in your body.
Where do you feel any emotion?
Is your body tense?
Is it tight?
Do you have any pain when you think about this situation?
Let me start tapping on the side of the hand.
Just repeat after me,
Out loud or in your mind.
Even though I feel so stuck right now,
I accept this situation right now.
And I'm open to letting it go and letting God.
Even though I feel like the situation will never change for the better.
I accept the way that I feel right now.
I don't have to accept the situation right now,
But I accept the way I feel about the situation right now.
And I am open to putting it in the hands of God.
Even though I am feeling so helpless,
I honor the way that I feel right now.
And I think I'm ready to let go of the situation.
Of the situation.
I'm ready to let go and let God handle it.

Take a deep breath.
And come back to this podcast.
Come back to this episode if you need to.
If you're still feeling a little bit shaky about letting go and leaving it up to God,
The divine,
Whatever you believe in.
Tap again.
Do another round.
And really focus on thinking about ways that you can let go.
And ways that you can find joy and do things that make you happy.
And as scary as it sounds,
But letting go and letting things happen.
Letting your body heal.
Letting God take over a situation.
Sometimes even when you just forget about the situation,
Go keep your mind busy.
Go keep yourself busy.
Do things that are productive to you.
Focus on what you are doing,
How you are benefiting yourself.
And then when you have to come back to that situation,
Maybe you're going to see it in a different light.
So I hope this helped.
And until we tap again,
Cheers.
