Welcome to a guided waterfall visualization tapping session.
Please make sure that you are in a safe,
Comfortable space when doing this session.
You are welcome to tap along with me as I will guide you through the points,
Or you are welcome to just sit or lie down and visualize the waterfall,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
We'll begin by taking a deep breath in.
Hold it at the top for two seconds and then let it go for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Imagine yourself sitting or standing at the base of a gently flowing waterfall.
The water from this waterfall is flowing at such a slow and steady speed that when it washes over you,
It's so soothing.
The temperature is just right.
Visualize yourself sitting relaxed and letting this beautiful,
Colorful water rush over you.
Breathe slowly and naturally.
Allow your jaw to relax.
Allow yourself to let go of any stress from the day.
Imagine this waterfall is slowly running over the crown of your head,
Taking any tension and stress from the day and releasing it from your body to flow into the stream below and be transmuted by the earth into something beautiful.
The waterfall is rushing over your face,
Over the back of your head.
It feels so soothing.
Allow your muscles in your face,
In your head,
In your neck to relax.
Visualize the stress being absorbed by the water and being freed from your body,
Freed from your mind,
And freed from your spirit.
And we'll start tapping on the side of the hands on the karate chop point,
Feeling this beautiful,
Colorful water running over your skin,
Cleansing you and healing you.
Feeling the water running over your head and down your neck,
Allowing the muscles of your neck to relax as much as possible.
Tap on the eyebrow point.
Visualize any stress from the muscles of your face and neck to be absorbed by the water from the waterfall.
Tapping on the side of the eye,
Breathing in slowly and deeply.
The waterfall is now running over your shoulders,
Taking any stress and tension from your shoulders,
Letting it flow with the water and allowing yourself to be cleansed.
Tapping under the eye,
The waterfall is now flowing over your chest and over your upper back.
If the waterfall changes color,
Go with that.
Allow whatever color it is to soothe you and surround you with a beautiful light,
Releasing any tension from your upper arms,
From your torso as the water flows over you.
Tapping under the nose,
The waterfall is now flowing over your belly and over your lower back,
Allowing any tension and stress from those parts of your body to be absorbed by the water and flow out to the earth,
To be transmuted into something positive.
Tapping under the chin,
Under the lip,
You're now feeling the waterfall flowing over your hips and your thighs,
Allowing any tension from those muscles to be released and absorbed into the water,
Allowing your body to relax just a little bit more.
Remember to unclench your jaw and relax your shoulders.
The water is now flowing over your lower arms,
Over your hands,
And releasing any tension that you've been holding on to,
Physically or emotionally.
Allow your hands to open and allow any of that tension,
Stress,
Negativity to flow out through the tips of your fingers.
Release that tension as much as you can as this beautiful waterfall flows over your hands.
The water is absorbing your stress,
The water is absorbing your tension.
You're now feeling the waterfall flowing over your thighs.
You can move to tapping on the collarbone point,
Allowing any stress and tension you've been holding in your upper thighs and your lower thighs to be released and absorbed by this beautiful waterfall.
Tapping under the arm,
The water is now flowing over your knees and down to your calves and your shins,
Releasing any stress and any tension that you may have been holding.
And move to tapping to the top of the head in a circle around the crown of the head,
Allowing the water to flow over your feet,
Letting go of any stress and tension that you may have been holding in your feet.
Allow your feet to connect with the earth.
Visualize your feet connecting with the beautiful stream that the waterfall is flowing towards.
Visualize any stress,
Tension,
And negativity flowing down and out through the bottoms of your feet.
Take a deep breath in for four counts.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold and let it go.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Allowing any residual tension to be washed away as this beautiful waterfall flows from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.
Maybe the waterfall has changed color again.
Whatever color the waterfall is now,
Allow that color to surround you like a beautiful light.
Make sure that your jaw is unclenched and your shoulders are relaxed as much as possible.
Slowly open your eyes when you're ready.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Make circles with your wrists.
Wake your body up slowly and with ease and grace.
I hope this meditation was beautiful and I hope that it helped you to visualize your stress leaving your body as much as you can.
