Explore MeditationRobert began his personal meditation practice after being diagnosed with cyclothymia. He works to live life in a fulfilling way, even with the struggles of cyclothymia. He turned to meditation as a way to create a gap in the feelings, emotions, and thoughts so that he may have control over his reactions. This is accomplished through mindfulness and meditation. Seeing success, he realized he was being drawn to a purpose-based change and enrolled in The Path meditation training so he could share meditation with a wide audience. Meditation has been life-changing, improving overall life from a day-to-day and year-to-year positive outlook. He hopes to assist others in their journey, knowing he will receive valuable assistance on his own by helping others. Please join Robert on this journey.
