This is Rami from Create Balance Method.

Thank you for joining me today in the activating your inner voice meditation.

You can do this meditation sitting up with adequate support or you can also do this meditation lying down if you don't tend to fall asleep.

If you choose to lay down,

Please prop some pillows underneath your knees.

This can help you relax even further.

I want you to start by taking some deep inhales through the nose and out through the mouth.

I want your exhales to be a tiny bit longer than your inhales.

Focusing just on the act of breathing and releasing anything that's happened before this point and anything that will come after this meditation.

Now I want you to visualize a white fluffy cloud waiting for you outside your window.

This cloud will ascend up into the sky going further and further away from your place of origin.

Taking you far away up into the sky where you hear no more people,

No more cars,

No more movement.

The further up you go,

The more your body relaxes and then you begin to feel the weight of your body heavier and heavier but fully supported by this cloud beneath you.

The higher you go,

The more peace in your heart.

The higher you go,

The more your body is able to relax.

You are so high up and so relaxed that you are completely at peace in your heart now.

All your previous thoughts,

All your to-do lists,

All your stresses just melting away,

Leaving it all behind beneath you.

As you continue to safely float higher and higher into the sky,

You see a string of other white clouds up in the distance.

Your cloud takes you towards these clouds and as you get closer,

You notice that they are of rainbow color.

The closer you are to these clouds,

You see them string along and with each color that you pass,

You see yellow and orange and red.

You also see purple and blue and green and yellow and gold.

These colors relax you even further.

You are so relaxed now that you begin to feel lightness on your scalp.

Your neck is released.

Your shoulders are down.

Your upper back,

Lower back and middle back are all soft.

There is no weight lifted by your chest.

Your belly is flopped open to the side.

Your arms and both elbows are soft.

All of the fingers on your right hand are released.

All fingers on your left hand are released.

Your pelvic area is soft.

Your right thigh and left thigh begins to unbuckle and fully collapse to the cloud beneath.

Your kneecaps are soft.

Your shins are released and even your feet including all the toes on your right foot,

All the toes on your left foot.

You are fully relaxed here and fully present.

I want you now to bring your awareness to the fifth center of energy which lies around your neck,

Your jaw and your upper shoulders,

Even your mouth.

This area is represented as blue in color and it is the place of authenticity,

Your inner voice,

The emotions you hold and the experiences that are present within you.

This fifth energy center can also be used to manage emotions.

I want you to take your awareness there visualizing blue light around your mouth,

Your jaw,

Your neck and your shoulders.

This energy center also allows you to take your power back and to show up fully as yourself.

How can you do this?

By expression,

By sharing which can be done in the form of singing,

Breathing,

Humming,

Chanting and more.

Now as you see this blue light in this fifth energy area,

I want you to imagine inhaling a deep blue color and have it enter the top of your head making its way down to your face,

Down towards your jaw,

Down to your neck,

To your shoulders and swirling all the way here.

As you inhale,

This air comes down from the top of your head,

Enters your body,

Your face swirling around your neck,

Just sitting until your neck area,

Until your shoulders and then releasing out through your mouth.

The swirling happens like wind that's picking up in speed and strength but blue in color clearing out any blocks that you have in the area of your face,

Mouth,

Jaw,

Neck and shoulders.

Continuing to inhale blue air as it clears out any obstruction pertaining to authenticity,

To inner wisdom and to self-expression.

This air continues to come down as you inhale from your scalp cooling everything in its path,

Releasing all of the blocks as you continue to see this blue circular wind clear,

Cleanse and cool.

Keep this going inhaling and exhaling as you visualize.

I want you to now allow your mind to show you or take you back to a time when you felt like it wasn't safe to fully express yourself using your voice.

Trust whatever comes up if it does regardless of how unlikely this may seem.

Asking yourself,

Your subconscious to show you a time when you were taught that speaking up and showing up as the authentic you was not safe to do or would not be fully accepted.

Taking your time to just stay open and trust the first thing or things that appear.

They could appear in sensation,

A hunch,

Feeling,

Visuals or any other way.

This initial experience could have come from your siblings,

Friends,

Caretakers or even from teachers,

From the society at large perhaps.

Just stay open for whatever wants to find its way to you and if nothing appears this time that's okay too.

Just continue to stay open.

And if something does come,

I want you to entertain that.

See it in as much clarity.

Drop in as if it were something that was recent and still available for you to indulge in.

And when and if you do have that memory or experience,

I want you to once again visualize you inhaling and that blue light coming in through your scalp traveling down your face,

Entering your mouth,

Your jaw,

Your whole neck,

Covering all of your shoulders,

Swirling around,

Clearing everything in its path.

Holding to mind that first time you felt that expressing yourself and your voice wasn't safe to do,

I want you to allow that blue light that enters your scalp to drench up the situation covering it completely,

Melting it,

Clearing it,

Cleansing the situation and the experience almost like drenching a photograph of the experience or of the event,

Melting it into thin air,

Dissolving the experience entirely.

As you see this blue air enter your scalp,

Dissolving and melting away this experience,

You perhaps begin to feel a cooling sensation.

Chanting an affirmation also helps us to activate our inner voice.

So please repeat these affirmations out loud after me.

And as you do,

I want you to continue to visualize this blue light from your mouth as the affirmations also release through your mouth,

Making sure that your body is as still as you can be,

But just your mouth moves.

It is safe for me to be me.

I am valued.

I am heard.

What I have to say is of value to myself and to the world.

I am respected for my opinions.

I deserve to be heard.

And this last one is in Sanskrit,

Meaning infinite intelligence and creative wisdom.

Om Namo Gurudev Namo.

We'll go through them again,

Continuing to visualize this blue light entering your scalp,

Getting stronger and swirling around your mouth as you say these affirmations.

It is safe for me to be me.

I am valued.

I am heard.

What I have to say is of value to myself and the world.

I am respected for my opinions.

I deserve to be heard.

Om Namo Gurudev Namo.

Feeling this coolness in your face,

In your mouth,

In your head.

I want you to repeat this meditation and continue to melt the experience that appears with blue light each time you do this meditation.
