It's been a tough year or two for everyone with the pandemic.
Even things like just leaving our house or going to the shops can cause us to be hypervigilant.
We are always on high alert,
Our brain constantly scanning for danger in order to keep us safe.
And with the virus being rampant,
This vigilance continues strong.
What this does is it keeps our nervous system on super drive.
When we're on super drive,
Not only is our mental health affected,
But we also strain our body to a point of exhaustion where it's overburdened.
This can cause inflammation and it can certainly influence our immunity levels.
So today,
Let's work on letting go of our foot that's been on the accelerator.
Our accelerator that's causing our body to have low grade stress for a continuous period of time.
We'll do this using some signs,
Using some hypnosis,
Some visualization,
And also some affirmations.
We'll start with some inhales through the nose for two to three counts.
And then we'll exhale through the mouth for four to six counts.
Inhaling through the nose for two or three.
Exhaling through the mouth for four to six counts.
We are basically doubling the exhales.
Exhaling through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.
Long deep inhales and slow exhales.
Send a message of safety to the nervous system.
Keep this going on your own for another minute or so.
Good.
Last few rounds on your own.
As you begin to experience the body itching and edging further and further into relaxation,
I want you to allow yourself to fully release into the gravity beneath you.
If you are sitting up,
Making sure that you have proper support.
And if you are laying down,
Allowing your whole body to be supported by gravity.
Now I want you to visualize a white fluffy cloud outside your window and allow this cloud to move further and further away from your place of origin,
Taking you higher and higher into the sky where you can see less action,
Less movement,
Less people,
Less sounds.
And the further you go,
The more you relax.
As you continue to move up higher and higher,
Your body continues to release every muscle,
Every nerve,
Every tightness.
This cloud takes you to the entrance of a beautiful rose garden.
You step foot onto the perfectly manicured grass.
And as you begin to enter this garden,
You notice the strong smell of roses.
There are lines and rows of roses until the edge of where your eye can see.
Roses of red,
Pink,
Orange,
Purple,
White,
And even black in color.
The rows of roses are so satisfying,
So beautiful to look at.
And so you begin to walk along the rows,
Maybe touching a few petals,
Noticing how soft they are.
As you continue to walk along these rows,
You see a big wooden door in front of you.
I want you to enter that wooden door.
And as you do,
You see a flight of stairs beginning to take these stairs down.
And as you do,
Your body will result in even more relaxation.
You're letting go of all the things that was previously hard to let go of.
As you walk down 5,

Completely relaxed,
Making your way to the most comfortable room that you have ever seen in a while.
This room is decorated the way you like it,
Perfect lighting,
Perfect furniture,
And perfect temperature.
As you lay here on the ground,
I want you now to allow my voice to guide you.
We want you to scan your head area,
Specifically your brain.
I want you to take your attention to your thyroid,
Which is the butterfly-shaped organ beneath your brain.
Having the intention here,
A light,
Effortless intention to remove any stress,
Energy that has collected around the brain,
Around the thyroid that is preventing your thyroid from functioning at 100%.
All you have to do is set the intention and then allow a cool feeling or a blue light to come over and release any stress,
Any pockets of energy collected that's suppressing your thyroid function.
Continuing to see this take place around your thyroid,
Allowing a relief to happen in the form of blue light or cool feeling or any other shift.
Now moving towards your heart,
Serving your breath for a moment,
Bringing your attention to this chest area.
Is there tightness here?
How are your inhales flowing?
Are your breaths deep or are they shallow?
If you find any constriction or tightness,
Setting the intention to allow the blocks that have resulted from pent-up energy to simply melt or dissolve,
Disintegrate or fall off like butter on a hot summer day.
As this area melts and frees up space,
Setting the intention for a release and a relief and noticing some space.
Now moving on towards the belly,
Allowing your belly to be flopped open to the side without any tightening,
Without judgment,
Certainly without any control.
We hold a lot of emotions in the gut area which comes with its own symptoms and side effects and strains,
Allowing any energy that is stored here that is no longer serving you to simply release,
Setting the intention to free this space up of clear,
Stale and stagnant energy and memories and experiences.
If you would like to go through this round one more time,
Feel free to do so to continue to clear the thyroid,
Clear the heart and clear the belly.
By doing this we are allowing our body to return back to its state of being optimal,
Optimal so you can naturally boost your immunity against viruses,
Bacteria so that you can strengthen your gut-brain axis so that your digestion works and can continue to naturally detox so that your lymph nodes are also working to release waste through sweat,
Through circulation and blood flow so that you stay protected during this pandemic so that you get sick less and you can navigate these tricky periods with confidence.
