We're gonna work on releasing any blocks remaining in our body so we can rise fully empowered.
So take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out loudly through your mouth.
And again,
Inhale through your nose.
Sigh out loudly.
Letting everything soften.
One more time,
Inhale all the way into your belly.
Exhaling,
Drop your shoulders and just land right here,
Right now.
And just settle into your natural breath.
Feel the energy pulsing through your body.
Feel your presence taking up all the space.
You are connected,
You are grounded,
You are supported.
Let your breath take the lead.
Breathing deep and slow.
Claiming your space with every inhale and letting go of noise and distractions with every exhale.
And just close your eyes or soften your gaze.
You're about to meet yourself in your truth.
In your mind's eye,
Begin to visualize a path,
This beautiful path stretched out before you.
And at the very end of this beautiful path,
There you are,
The divine future version of you.
Radiant,
Grounded,
Clear.
You're living the life of your deepest desires,
Running the business that lights you up.
You've already become everything you're building,
Everything you visualize,
Everything you dream of.
Then all of a sudden in the middle of the path between you and this divine version of yourself,
You see a fog,
The fog is getting heavier and heavier.
And this fog represents doubt,
Fear,
Control,
All the old patterns that still try to lead,
Maybe judgment,
Procrastination,
Playing small,
People-pleasing,
Affectionism,
Control,
Comparison.
Whatever your blocks are,
They're right here in this fog.
You see limitation,
Delay,
Waiting for permission.
We wanna take ownership of all of these attributes so they don't own you.
So let's take our power back,
Inhale and exhale,
Obliterating it's grip,
It's done.
You are fully empowered.
You are fully aware of what's going on in your life.
You are fully aware of what's going on in your life.
And do a survey,
Physically,
Mentally,
Spiritually,
What are you still holding onto that's not yours to carry?
Just take a pause and listen,
Let the answers rise.
No judgment,
Just truth,
Just radical responsibility.
And just breathe into this space,
The space of impeccability,
The space where we own our truth and we're clearing space for what comes next and eliminating what no longer serves us.
Now call in the light,
Golden,
Bright,
Alive.
See it beaming from your crown down into your spine,
Allowing it to fill your chest,
Your throat,
Your gut,
Your arms,
Your legs,
And it's pushing all of your energy and all the fog away,
Clearing all the fog.
And just affirm in your mind,
I activate my power,
I amplify my energy,
I command my leadership,
I own my voice,
I live my right to thrive.
I embody the version of me who creates from truth,
Alignment,
And power.
Now breathe it in,
Let this light take up every inch of you,
The fog dissolves,
The path is clear,
And you can see yourself moving forward,
Not as who you were,
But as who you are meant to be.
Just place your hands on your belly or your thighs and feel the weight of your power,
The fire of your vision,
And again,
Just affirm,
I move in clarity,
I decide from power,
I act from embodiment,
I create from future,
Not fear or need,
I know who I am,
I am the one,
And I am ready now.
And just breathe that in,
Let it land,
Just begin to visualize taking one bold action today,
Setting your intention for the week from this powerful embodied energy.

What gets the shift starting now?
And what doors will open when you lead from this frequency?
