My name is Jen Maher.

I am a Soulful Prosperity Coach,

A Buddhist Priest and Meditation Teacher,

Kundalini Yoga Teacher,

But most of all a student of love,

Joy,

Freedom.

Today I will guide you through a Kundalini Meditation that is focused on cultivating prosperity and abundance in your life.

This meditation is designed to activate your sacral and root chakras,

Which are key energy centers associated with prosperity,

Creativity,

And grounding.

Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.

Sit on a meditation cushion or a chair,

Keeping your spine straight.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

I'm going to begin by tuning us in with the Adi Mantra.

Aum.

Aum.

Aum.

This mantra tunes us into the divine wisdom and teacher within.

We're going to start with some pranayama.

Breath of fire is a rapid,

Rhythmic,

And continuous breath through the nostrils while we are pumping our navel in and out.

Focus on snapping back when we are breathing out.

Snapping our navel into our spine while continuous breath through the nostrils.

It's energizing,

Cleansing,

And will help prepare our body and mind for meditation.

And let's begin.

Unfold and release.

And just begin to observe this kundalini energy we've already begun to stir up in our body.

As we begin the activation of the sacral chakra,

Place your hands in a gudan mudra,

Which is your index finger and thumb touching,

And your wrists resting on your knees.

Focusing on your sacral chakra located just beneath your navel,

Begin to visualize a bright orange light at this center,

Expanding with each breath,

Chanting the mantra Vam silently,

Feeling the vibration in your lower abdomen.

Silently repeating,

Vam,

Vam,

Vam.

We're going to move on to the activation of our root chakra.

Begin to move your focus begin to move your focus to the root chakra at the base of your spine,

Visualizing a red light glowing brightly,

Grounding you to the earth,

Vam,

Vam,

Vam.

And silently chant the seed mantra Lam,

Lam,

Lam,

Feeling the grounding energy stabilize and nourish you.

Envision yourself surrounded by all that you wish to attract,

Abundance,

Prosperity,

And joy.

And joy.

Imagine yourself in your beautiful secret garden surrounded by nature,

Flowers,

Trees,

Butterflies,

Hummingbirds,

Birds,

Birds,

And feeling the emotions as you hold a clear image of your greatest desires as they are already achieved and present in your life.

Vam,

Vam,

Vam,

Vam.

Feeling the gratitude,

The happiness,

Joy,

And the liberation.

Gradually bringing your awareness back to your breath.

We're going to end our practice by chanting Sat Nam with a long Sat and a short Nam,

Meaning truth is mine,

I am devotee.

We're going to repeat this three times,

Affirming our true essence and prosperity.

Sat,

Nam.

We slowly open your eyes and take a moment to ground yourself before coming back to your breath.

See the present moment.
