you begin to notice a mirror among some beautiful trees and when you approach
this mirror you see that it does not just reflect your outer appearance,

shows the complete you.
Your light,
Your shadow,
Your strengths and your
vulnerabilities.
Standing before this mirror allow yourself to see both the
achievements that you are so proud of and also the parts of yourself that you
hide.
The insecurities and fears and mistakes that fuel your inner imposter
syndrome.
You recognize these are not signs of inadequacy but markers of your
humanity,
Your strength and your growth.
With this new recognition you let the
light of understanding and compassion dissolve the clouds of doubt.

Showering its beautiful white light down upon your crown,

trickle down your neck.
This white light begins to flow down your shoulders,

Easing all tension and doubts and fears and worries away,
Down over
your heart center,
Down your belly to your hips and your lower back and down
your legs and your thighs and caressing your calves,
Down through your ankles and
through your toes and it wraps right back around on this beautiful white
light continues to wash away all your doubts,

up through your crown and up into the beautiful blue sky above you and

Fluffy white cloud.

butterflies flying around and bees buzzing and the beautiful breeze just
gently swaying the trees and the grass and you feel fully loved,
