It was a dark and overwhelming time, but instead of giving in, Gala sought a healthier path forward and helped thousands of people find the way out of the crisis by raising awareness. At that time Kundalini yoga saved her mental health. Despite initial skepticism, the practice became a lifeline through the birth of her second child and beyond. Over the years, Gala deepened her knowledge and skills, earning certifications as a Kundalini and business yoga coach, wellbeing coach, workplace happiness coach. She completed a program in body-vocal therapy, integrating her expertise as a singer. Specializing in relaxation, she uses techniques that integrate bodywork, breathwork, mindfulness and voice to help others find peace and balance. For Gala, yoga and meditation are not about perfection but about small, meaningful steps toward self-care. Her journey is a testament to resilience and the transformative power of self-discovery.
