Anaïs discovered Mindfulness Meditation at age 7 in her french grand-mother living room. But she put it in a corner of her mind and heart until her 30s. High level of anxiety, triggering some panic attack in the evenings, made her pick it up all over again, and rediscover it in a slow-progressive manner. Since then Mindfulness Meditation has become an integral part of her life, and allowed her to become the loving, trusting and resilient mother, professional and human being she was aspiring to be when she was younger. Working in scientific research, followed by a career in a large American owned corporation, Anaïs introduced Mindfulness Meditation to colleagues and women leaders. She has now transitioned to being a full time Mindfulness Meditation teacher ad focuses on parents, working and stay at home mothers, and extended families who want to live more authentically and in a more connected way through Mindfulness Meditation. She is passionates with working with individual and groups to help them find pragmatic ways to embed the practices in their busy, daily life, and focuses on resourcing oneself and heart practices. She has practiced now for more than 10 years, and is currently working on her certification with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield (among many other great teachers) .
