If your heart is racing right now.
If your thoughts are loud.
If your chest feels tight.
Than this.
Is for you.
Let's give your body a little more support.
Start by placing both feet.
Onto the floor.
And press Gently.
Down into them.
Feel how the ground is pushing back.
Because it always does.
The ground has always been there holding you.
See if you can.
Let a little bit more of your weight rest into your feet.
And then give your hands something to do.
Press your palms.
Together in front of your chest.
And then push firmly.
Feel your arms waking up and keep pressing while also breathing.
Just one more breath.
And I'll slowly release.
Soften your hands and let them feel heavy down by your side.
Place both hands flat and across over your chest.
And then gently lean into your own hands.
Adding a little weight into it.
And then feel your hands.
Supporting you.
They've got you.
And then slowly look around the space that you are in.
Find one thing.
That you can look at,
That feel that.
Nice to look at.
Maybe it's a plant.
Maybe it's a cup.
Maybe it's.
.
.
The sunshine coming through a window.
And take a moment to Really look at it.
Notice it.
Textures,
Notice its colors.
It's shape.
Sigh and then bring your attention to your breath.
Taking a slow breath in through the nose.
And exhale through the mouth with a gentle sigh.
And again.
Now this time breathing in for 4.
1.
.
.
2.
.
.
3.
.
.
Four and now breathe out slowly for six true self.
Pursed lips.
As though as you would blow through a straw.
And again,
Breathing in through the nose for four,
One,
Two.
Two,
Three,
4,
And exhale through the lips,
1,
2.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
6.
And slowly one more breathing in through the nose,
One,
3.
For an exhale.
3 fall.
5.
.
.
6.
.
.
Beautiful.
Now we begin to hum as you exhale.
We're going to breathe in through the nose again,
This time.
Hum on the exhale.
Low gentle hum or any kind of hum that feels naturally to you right now.
So we begin to breathe in.
And hub.
Let it be long.
Let it be gentle.
And while you hum,
Feel the vibration beneath your hand,
Or maybe you notice it in your chest,
In your throat,
Or maybe you can feel it in your face.
And again,
Breathing in and exhale with a hum.
Beautiful.
We're going to do one more.
Breathing in through the nose.
Full breath and exhale hum.
Let it fade away naturally at the end.
And then allow yourself to soften your jaw,
You might like to.
Touch it to soften or just like to move it.
Making some interesting,
Weird,
Funny faces.
And then roll your shoulders.
Keeping them,
Oh.
Some movement and then let them.
Soften,
Let them drop.
And take a moment to simply notice what's here right now for you.
Maybe something has shifted from the moment you began this practice to now.
Even if that's just lightly.
Sigh Notice that you've got yourself.
And we're gonna take another breath in through the nose.
And exhale with a long,
Soft sigh through the mouth.
Letting your body soften,
Letting your body become heavy.
Feeling the ground and the floor beneath you.
Allow it to support you.
And remember whenever you need it.
You can come back to this practice.
You can come back to your body.
Reconnecting with your body.
That is the key.
And from here.
.
.
Take this energy that you've just created.
With you,
Knowing that you've got yourself.
Being supported.
Ahhhhhhhhh sending you lots of love and pleasure.
