This heartfelt meditation guides you through each of the energy centers or chakras in your body. By focusing your awareness, letting go, blessing, and expressing gratitude, you come away with a restored sense of emotional balance, vitality, serenity, peace, connection, and overall well-being. This meditation is inspired by the work of Dr. Carolyn Myss, and the principles and practices of Spiritual Psychology as taught by Drs. Ron and Mary Hulnick.
Transcript
Breathe deeply,
And as you exhale,
I invite you to set the intention of receiving the breath of life.
Now with your next breath,
Allow your attention to come to rest in the area at the base of your spine,
And just notice the energy in this center.
Now open up your attention to the space around this center.
When you have a sense of this energy center and the space around it,
Just notice the frequency of that energy,
And allow yourself to come into alignment with it.
As you attune to this energy center,
Invite blessings from your Creator for the highest good of all.
Allow your heart to open,
Let feelings of love raise this frequency.
Let your feelings of joy release any misdirected energy.
Feel your gratitude as it strengthens the integrity of this energy center so that this place in your body calls in new energy and information.
Imagine your heart showering every cell in your body with love.
Imagine your cells joyously taking in new energy,
New instructions,
And responding to your intention to receive the breath of life.
Now you will repeat the above process with the second energy center.
Breathe deeply,
And as you exhale,
I invite you to set the intention of receiving the breath of life.
Now place your attention in the area around your hips,
And just notice the energy in this center.
And then open up your awareness to the space around this center and your body.
And when you have a sense of this energy center and the space around it,
Just notice the frequency of this energy and allow yourself to come into alignment with it.
As you attune to this energy center,
Invite blessings from your Creator.
For the highest good of all.
Now,
Repeat the above process with the third energy center.
Breathe deeply,
And as you exhale,
I invite you to set the intention of receiving the breath of life.
Then place your attention in the third energy center,
The area around your stomach,
And open your focus to the space around this center and around your body.
When you have a sense of this energy center and the space around it,
Just notice the frequency of this energy and allow yourself to come into alignment with it.
And when you have a sense of this energy center,
Invite blessings from your Creator.
As you attune to this energy center,
Invite blessings from your Creator.
For the highest good of all.
Now,
You have a sense of this energy center.
You will repeat the above process with the fourth energy center.
First,
Breathe deeply and as you exhale,
Set the intention of receiving the breath of life.
Then place your attention in the area around your heart and lungs.
And then open your focus to the space around this center and around your body.
And when you have a sense of this energy center and the space around it,
Notice the frequency of this energy and allow yourself to come into alignment with it.
As you attune to this energy center,
Invite blessings from your Creator.
For the highest good of all.
Now,
You will repeat the above process with the fifth energy center.
Breathe deeply and as you exhale,
I invite you to set the intention of calling forward your unique gifts to this co-creation.
Now bring your attention to the fifth energy center,
The area around your throat.
And then open your focus to the space around this center and around your body.
When you have a sense of this energy center and the space around it,
Just notice the frequency of this energy and allow yourself to come into alignment with it.
As you attune to this energy center,
Invite blessings from your Creator.
For the highest good of all.
And now repeat the above process with the sixth energy center.
First,
Breathe deeply and as you exhale,
I invite you to set the intention of receiving the breath of life.
Then place your attention between the back of your throat and the back of your head.
And then open your focus to the space around this center and around your head in an infinite void.
When you have a sense of this energy center and the space around it,
Become aware of the frequency of this energy and allow yourself to come into alignment with it.
As you attune to this energy center,
Invite blessings from your Creator for the highest good of all.
Now repeat the above process with the seventh energy center.
Breathe deeply,
Exhale,
And set the intention of receiving the breath of life.
Then place your attention in the center of your head.
Then open your focus to the space around this center and around your head in an infinite void.
And when you have a sense of this energy center and the space around it,
Just notice the frequency of this energy and allow yourself to come into alignment with it.
As you attune to this energy center,
Invite blessings from your Creator for the highest good of all.
And now for the eighth and final energy center,
The process will vary slightly.
Bring your attention to the eighth energy center,
Which is about 16 inches or 40 centimeters above your head.
Breathe deeply and as you exhale,
I invite you to set the intention of receiving the breath of life.
From an awareness that you are aware in an infinite void,
Align with the energy this center occupies in space.
Once you can sense the space that this energy center occupies in the infinite void,
Attune to its frequency and invite blessings from your Creator for the highest good of all.
Now,
Let yourself feel gratitude and appreciation for the breath of life.
Keeping in mind that gratitude is the energetic state of having already manifested.
Allow grace that carries new information from the quantum field to enter your nervous system.
The last step of this meditation is to open your focus and bring your awareness to the space around your body.
Bring your awareness to the energy that moves through that space.
Bring your awareness to the new energy that vibrates in that space.
Bring your awareness to the new energy that moves through that space.
Attuned,
Powerful,
Healing,
Manifesting.
Atoms,
Molecules,
Chemicals,
Cells,
Tissue,
Organs,
And body systems.
Aligned to an energy field that is you.
Atoms,
Molecules,
Chemicals,
Cells,
Tissue,
Organs,
And body systems.
Now that you've completed this step,
You're going to relax for the next 15 minutes.
There's nothing to do.
You can lie down.
Sleeping is okay.
Surrender and let your body do its work,
