It is a well-known fact that the subconscious mind knows only what we put into it, whether true or not. This track anchors into our subconscious mind that which we have visualized, practiced, and succeeded at achieving. It follows the format of my other tracks. I found it to be a powerful tool. I used it for 5 days before attending interviews for work promotions. I credit this practice with successfully obtaining three specific positions I was being interviewed for. Since then, I have used this method to achieve many successes in my life. I wish you much joy in your journey to your achievements. The background music is from a talented Canadian musician, David Bradstreet. It is used with his permission and my appreciation.

This experience will take you on an inner journey to free your goals.

The background music is from David Bradstreet's CD Healing and the name of the piece is Flourish.

Now take off your shoes and lie on your back and get comfortable.

Make sure your clothes aren't binding.

Your legs should be uncrossed and slightly apart.

Your arms should be at your sides or over your stomach.

Now close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it for a moment and as you breathe out let all your muscles relax completely.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold it for a moment and as you breathe out empty your mind of all thoughts.

Allow your mind to become like a blank screen,

Peaceful and calm.

Now take another deep breath in,

Hold it for a moment and as you breathe out let your emotions quiet down.

Just allow them to relax.

Allow yourself to be quiet,

Calm and peaceful.

Now as you take a deep breath in tense every muscle in your body starting at your head.

Tense the muscles of your forehead,

Your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Nose,

Jaws,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

Chest,

Back,

Stomach,

Buttocks,

Legs and feet.

Feel the tension all over your body.

Hold the tension briefly and then silently as you breathe out say relax and let go.

Let your whole body relax.

Feel a wave of calm come over you as you stop tensing.

Feel the relief.

Feel the difference between tension and relaxation.

Now once again as you take a deep breath in tense every muscle in your body starting at your head.

Tense the muscles of your forehead,

Your eyes,

Cheeks,

Nose,

Jaws,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

Chest,

Back,

Stomach,

Buttocks,

Legs and feet.

Feel the tension all over your body.

Hold the tension briefly and as you breathe out say relax and let go.

Feel a wave of calm come over you as you stop tensing.

Again,

Feel the difference between tension and relaxation.

Get comfortable.

Allow yourself to relax.

Allow the relaxation to become deeper and deeper.

Relax.

Let go.

Using your imagination,

Imagine that you are standing at the top of a winding stairway.

See the steps in front of you.

See the handrail.

You are all alone here standing at the top of the stairway.

It's your private stairway and you know it well.

You feel safe and at home.

You feel very comfortable.

We're going to count backward from ten to zero.

Silently say each number as you breathe out.

With each descending number,

You'll take one step down the stairway very slowly.

With each count,

You will relax more and more.

When you reach zero,

You will have reached the bottom of the stairway and you'll be in a place of perfect calm.

Breathe in.

Take your first step down and breathe out.

Breathe in.

Nine.

Take another step down and breathe out.

Eight and down,

Relaxing more and more.

Seven,

Gently walking down the stairs.

Six,

Deeper and deeper.

Five.

Four,

Serene and calm.

Three.

Two,

Deeper and deeper.

One,

Very,

Very relaxed.

Zero.

Gently step off the bottom step into a perfectly relaxed and calm peace.

Now,

Drift still deeper with each breath.

Feel that deeper relaxation spread all over your body,

Relaxing more and more.

You feel emotionally calm.

You feel tranquil and serene.

You feel perfectly safe and secure and a calm sense of peace washes over you.

You are now in a totally relaxed state,

An open and receptive state of consciousness.

Ask to be covered in white light from the purest,

Highest source.

Breathe in that white light protection.

This will keep you safe on all levels as you continue on your inner experience.

Now,

Mentally create a large screen some distance away.

Make the screen as large as you like.

Design it to your own tastes.

This is to be your screen for creating what you want,

The screen you use to project your goals onto.

Whatever goal you decide to create,

Keep in mind that we don't always know what's best for ourselves,

So to take care of the possibility of creating something that is not right for you,

Simply say,

May this or something better manifest for the greatest good of all concerned.

Now,

Choose a goal that you want to achieve.

Make it something you really want and you believe wholeheartedly that it is possible.

Choose that goal now.

Now,

Project that goal onto the blank screen that you've created.

Frame the screen in white light.

Always visualize the problem,

Project,

Or goal surrounded in light.

Now,

Start to let your mind create the successful achievement of the goal you've chosen to work on.

See the steps you need to take in order to achieve your goal.

Create the details.

The people involved.

The colors.

The sounds.

The smells.

The tastes.

If you find that your mind wanders,

Look at your screen and the beautiful white light around it.

Immerse yourself in that light.

It gives off a loving,

Restorative quality.

You will find that you start to associate it with an infinite all-knowing intelligence.

Your whole being will blend with this radiance and it will become an infinite presence,

An inner healer expressed as beauty and love,

Wisdom and power.

You'll be conscious of a new liberating force and you'll feel a sudden rise and flow of energy.

Rely on it.

Now,

Create your plan.

The steps you'll take to achieve your goal.

You will intuitively know the right course for you.

Work with it.

Create it.

Create all the details.

Now,

See your goal projected on your screen.

Make any last minute changes.

If you're not quite finished,

Take pride in what you've accomplished so far and agree to return to it real soon and finish it.

You've succeeded.

You've done it.

You've attained your goal.

You feel wonderful,

Successful,

Joyful.

See it.

Feel it.

Feel the wonderful feeling of success.

Feel the satisfaction of attaining your goal.

Feel it in your mind,

Your body,

And your emotions.

You've done it.

Stay alert in your mind and relax your body deeper and deeper.

Continue to create and manifest your goal for the highest good of all concerned.

See it done.

See it completed.

See your success.

Feel your success.

You've let yourself succeed.

What a wonderful feeling.

Feel the thrill of it.

Feel it in your whole being.

Feel the excitement.

Your hard work has paid off.

Rehearse your accomplishment.

Marvel in your accomplishment.

Use all your senses.

Keep your mind alert and focus on your success.

Just enjoy it.

And now,

It's time to come back to the room you started in.

We'll count forwards now from one to five.

As you take a deep breath,

Silently say each number.

And when you reach five,

You will open your eyes,

Feeling relaxed and alert.

You will find yourself back in the room you left.

The environment will seem slower and calmer,

And you will feel more relaxed and peaceful.

You will be relaxed,

Peaceful,

And calm.

As we count forwards from one to five,

Feel yourself gradually coming back to the room you began in,

Feeling very peaceful and proud of your accomplishment.

One.

Deeply relaxed.

Two.

Feeling very relaxed.

Three.

Feeling more alert and aware of the sounds around you.

Four.

More and more alert,

But relaxed.

Five.

Open your eyes.

You're alert and refreshed.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take a deep breath and a stretch and yawn.

Now,

Just lie there for a few moments and stay in touch with your experience.

Recall any insights or images.

In your own time,

Come up to a sitting position.
