Meditation: I Am

This track is one that 'came' to me. I didn't plan on recording it, but it wouldn't leave me alone :). It wanted to be released. I had done much searching, reading, and 'listening' prior to its appearance. The words just flowed. It was impossible to ignore the nudges and prompts. So here it is......and Spirit is happy, as am I.

The background music is from a talented Canadian musician, David Bradstreet. It is used with his permission and my appreciation.
