Allow the sound of my voice to guide you deeper into relaxation.

We're simply focusing on this body awareness and balancing meditation as our body lets go of anything that doesn't serve us.
I invite you to visualize,
Sense,
Or imagine that you are outdoors in a green grassy field,
Surrounded by trees,
Beautiful flowers,
Whatever flowers arise are perfect for you.
I invite you to imagine,
Sense,
Or visualize that there is a screen before you.
Maybe it's a video game screen or a TV screen.
And on this screen you're going to see these numbers.
And as I recite these numbers,
Your body sinks deeper into relaxation and you let go of anything that doesn't serve you.
Three,
Three,

Two,
Two,
Two.
One,
One,
One.
You are completely relaxed now.
Your muscles are becoming loose,
In,
In there,
And relaxed.
This simple practice is helping calm your nervous system,
Boost your immune system,
And access mind over matter.

And letting go.
And I invite you to focus on your breath.
Notice how easy it is to flow energy upwards in your body and relax deeper and deeper.
And I invite you now to visualize or imagine,
As I count down now from 11 to 1,
That there are imaginary bubbles of stress appearing on the screen.
And as I count down,
Each bubble bursts.
And as each bubble bursts,
You sink deeper into relaxation.

You're completely relaxed now,
Your muscles are loose,
Limp,
And limber.
And this simple practice has calmed your nervous system,
Boosted your immune system,
And helped you access mind over matter.
I invite you now to visualize,

Or imagine that you can see yourself on that screen.
You can see your entire body from head to toe.
And I invite you now to take in a deep,
Slow breath and relax.
And I invite you to sense,
Imagine,
Visualize,
Or see yourself scanning your body from head to toe.
Scanning your body for any tender spots,
Any sore spots,
Any pain,
Any stress,
Any tension.
Scanning your body,
Noticing what comes up.
I invite you to take in another deep,
Slow breath and notice how you can find the exact spot that is the most painful,
The most discomfort,
The most problematic,
Whatever area causes you more stress.
Notice how you can isolate that spot.
Now I invite you to imagine or visualize that the sun,
The bright sun is rising in the sky and it's radiating its beautiful light down your body.
And you can see it on this screen.
You can see the light traveling through your body as I count down from 11 to 1.
And you can see it traveling through that pain spot and bursting the pain level,
Bursting that stress.
So now as I count from 11 to 1,
Your body will sink even deeper as the light travels from head to toe.
Eleven,
Ten,
Nine,
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
The light has traveled through your entire body,
Helping you feel more balanced and relaxed.
Your muscles are loose,
Linked and member.
This simple practice has helped calm your nervous system,

So I invite you now to notice or imagine on that screen in front of you,
That tender spot,
There's a light beaming from that spot all around your body.
Imagine that it grows and expands and it's releasing the tension and the stress.
The molecules,
The cells are releasing any toxins,
Any stress,
Any worries,
Any emotions as this light radiates all around you,
Creating a bubble of protection as it releases and lets go.
So as I count down from 11 to 1,
Watch it grow,
Feel it expand,
Feel it release,
Feel it expand,

You're doing an amazing job.
This simple practice has served you greatly.
You're feeling completely relaxed and peaceful.

So I invite you now to notice and visualize on that screen before you,
In front of your body that you can see clearly,
There is a crystal ball of awareness.
It is hovering right in front of that tender spot.
And you can see clearly the answers that are gonna come to you.
And I want you to trust your instincts,
Trust your intuition,
Trust your guidance.
Just to see what you are holding there and what you let go.
So now as I ask questions,
Maybe you visualize,
Sense or imagine the word,
Or you can feel it.
Whatever comes to you is perfect.
And your body remains loose,
Limp,
Limber and relaxed.
Inside this crystal bubble of awareness,
See it appear.
What emotion is attached to the pain I held here?
When did it start?
Who or what was the trigger?
How can I release it?
I invite you now to imagine the answers were perfect.
They have guided you in the right direction.
And we're gonna release anything that may remain,
Any stress,
Any tension.
I'm gonna imagine that we are under a waterfall.
This is the waterfall of balance.
And it's washing away anything that doesn't serve you.
So just feel its soothing caress.
The water is the perfect temperature for you.
And your body is sinking deeper into relaxation.
And this entire process has helped calm your nervous system,
Boost your immune system and access mind over matter.
So as I count down now from 11 to one,
Notice how the soothing water calms you even deeper.
Reassures you that you can let go of anything that doesn't serve you.
And helps you achieve a state of balance and tranquility.

I invite you to notice how relaxed and peaceful you feel right now.
Completely cleansed and supported.
And just to anchor in all of these sensations that have benefited you today,
We're gonna do a couple of simple anchoring activities.
So I want you to imagine or sense or visualize that we're gonna create these chords of progress.
These are gold,
Vibrant chords traveling down your body.
But first we're gonna imagine that there are gold bricks in front of you.
And then we're gonna create these chords together.
So as I count,
I want you to visualize these bricks of gold appearing before you.
We're gonna create 10 bricks.
10 bricks to make this chord.
10,
Nine,
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
We have these 10 bricks.
And the 10 bricks are being melted and formed into chords above your head.
And I want you to imagine that there's a funnel at the top of your head,
And we're pouring the gold down the funnel,
And it's creating three different chords through your body.
Your anchoring chord is going straight down the middle,
Through your spine,
Through the crown of your head,
Down into the earth,
And anchoring you down into the earth and above.
And I want you to notice,
Sense,
Or visualize that there's another chord forming.
But this chord starts on the right side of your head and your masculine energy.
And it travels to the left side of your body,
All the way down your legs,
All the way down your body,
Out your feet,
Grounding you and helping you feel safe and supported.
And there's another chord forming,
Starting on the left side of your head,
Your feminine energy,
Traveling into the right side of your body,
Traveling down your legs,
Out your feet.
Now you're completely safe and supported,
Protected from the cold,
Safe and supported,
Protected from above and below.
And you have anchored in all of these feelings and sensations.
So now just to anchor everything in,
I want you to notice,
Sense,
Or visualize that from your feet,
There's a rainbow rising upwards,
Clearing out anything that may remain,
Helping you feel completely relaxed,
Your muscles are loose,
Limp,
And tender,
And the light of the sun is traveling down your body while this rainbow is traveling up.
And we're gonna anchor in all of these sensations to live a beautiful day by buttoning four gold buttons on our abdomen.
So now as I count from four to one,
We're gonna anchor those in and then slowly awaken.
Four,
You're buttoning the button on your root chakra at the base of your belly,
Feeling safe and secure,
Feeling calm and peaceful.
Three,
You're buttoning the button right above in your sacral chakra,
Feeling creative and calm and balanced.
Two,
You're buttoning the button of your inner strength at your solar plexus.
And one,
You're buttoning your gratitude and your joy,
Your peace and calm and relaxation.
So now you can take in a deep,
Slow breath and come back to the room and allow all these energies and sensations to remain with you today because you are balanced and you are aware of the messages your body is sending you.
