Like this,
We can see that it doesn't really matter.
Happiness,
No happiness,
Joyfulness,
Sadness,
The awareness remains.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Breathing through the nose.
Becoming aware as you hold the breath.
And exhale,
Letting go.
Taking a deep breath in.
Way to stay with it,
My friend.
For a few moments now,
I want you just to allow the mind to be free,
To think,
To roam,
To do whatever it wants.
As you just look inwards,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind as it runs freely.
Softening the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
Holding that breath at the top.
Becoming aware as you hold that breath.
And becoming aware of how you're sat.
Aware of your aliveness.
We live to see another day,
But it won't always be that way.
Remembering to cherish your life as it is.
It's beautiful.
The color for today is orange.
The number is 501.
And the animal is a kangaroo.
I thank you for joining me across time and space.
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend.
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
Consciousness.
Being present.
Being alert while relaxed.
It's not easy,
But it is easy once it's achieved.
And just like that,
We can lose it.
And just like that,
We can get it back.
And it's really this balance of being conscious,
But without tensing up or straining too hard to be present,
To be alert,
To be conscious.
It can become a strain.
It can become a tension.
So there's some great benefits in just allowing a certain calm or relaxation to come first.
And then see if you can be aware in those moments where you're already calm,
Where you're already relaxed.
Oftentimes,
We don't become aware until something is wrong,
Until something hurts,
Until something is in pain.
Then we become aware of what is going on,
What's happening.
So the idea is that when you're happy,
When you're calm,
When you feel joyous in those moments,
Become aware.
And then with practice,
We can become aware even in times where we're not happy.
And like this,
We can see that it doesn't really matter.
Happiness,
No happiness,
Joyfulness,
Sadness,
The awareness remains.
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow with love.
Namaste.
