Boredom, Perhaps even joyfulness, Love, Peace. It's not always easy to trust life, But nevertheless we try, We practice. It's relaxing the jaw, The lips, The forehead, Reminding the mind, But allowing it to unwind as you bring down from the head into the heart space. I want you to visualize your heart opening, Becoming wholeness as you breathe in. I want you to visualize a beam of light shooting up the spine all the way to the crown of your head. Light beaming up the spine all the way to the top of the crown. This warm light spreading through the mind, Melting fears, Hesitations, Self-doubt. As the mind is filled with more light spreading through the heart now, Feeling your heart full of light spreading to the belly, Filling your belly full of light, Full of awareness, Full of love. As you breathe holding the breath at the top, If your mind has been wanting to think, Now is the time to let your mind be totally free. I want you to stay with it, My friend. I'm so happy to have you here today. Despite challenges, Unpleasant sensations and thoughts, Volatile emotions, We're still here showing up. Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
