Back with another music meditation,
Just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just to let go,
Just for you,
If you've been feeling stressed out,
Fed up with life,
Frustrated with your boss,
Feeling insecure about a relationship,
Experiencing anger,
Sadness,
Depression,
Loneliness,
Disconnect,
Feeling restless,
Self-hatred,
Shame,
Or perhaps even joyfulness,
Harmony,
Or somewhere in between,
Whatsoever you feel in this moment is A-OK,
We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day,
That being said,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sat,
Noticing your space,
Without any judgment,
Noticing your inner world,
Witnessing and welcoming the minds as it is,
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out,
Inhaling new life,
New energy,
And exhale,
Letting go of the past,
The past is past,
It's gone,
Breathing in this moment,
And exhale with awareness,
Breathing in love,
And exhale,
Letting go of fear,
Feeling fear leave the mind,
Leave the body,
As you breathe in,
Trust,
And exhale,
Letting go of worries,
Self-doubt,
Coming back to believing in yourself as you breathe in,
And breathe out,
Breathing into the whole body,
And exhale,
Relaxing the whole body,
Dropping the shoulders away from the ears,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Relaxing the belly,
As you breathe in through the nose,
And exhale out the mouth,
And exhale,
Pushing the belly outwards,
Feeling the breath drop down from the chest,
All the way to the bottom of the stomach,
Feeling the palms of your hands relaxed,
Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you,
As you take a deep breath in,
Very slow,
Very soft,
Exhale,
Let go,
And for a few moments,
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think,
Way to stay with me my friend,
So happy you joined me today,
Across Taliban space,
Sending you encouragement on your path,
Keep believing in yourself,
Relax in the face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
The eyes,
You're safe to look inside,
Witnessing and welcoming yourself,
Taking one last deep breath for now,
Becoming aware as you hold the breath,
Letting go of all that no longer serves you,
Coming back to trust,
Coming back to faith in the unfolding of life,
The color for today is yellow,
The number is eight,
And it is a bald eagle,
I thank you for joining me across time and space,
Sending you a big hug,

Wishing you the abundance of love,
An abundance of resourcefulness,
Taking what you got into your hands,
And being creative with what you already have,
Take care not to be a defeatist,
To recognize when your thoughts are self defeating,
And to very gently move back into trust,
Back into faith in yourself,
Believing in yourself,
And watch how that opens up new actions,
Our actions,
They don't just come from nowhere,
But starts inside with their thoughts,
With their emotion,
So putting more attention there in a loving way,
In a compassionate way,
And with that,
