Back with another music meditation.

If you've been experiencing stress,

Overwhelm,

Loneliness,

Tiredness,

Perhaps even joyfulness,

Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,

We're going to take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to our awareness of something beyond the pain,

Beyond the anxiety.

Holding of life,

Coming back to trust that life is in your support as you breathe in.

The hands and feet,

Relaxing the jaw as you breathe in love for yourself.

Take care of your posture as you breathe in.

And very slowly,

Very softly,

Exhale,

Let go.

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Wanting to roam,

Now is the time to allow your mind total freedom to think and to roam.
