Welcome my friend,
You're tuned in to OMHAIKU,

Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been feeling overwhelmed with life,
Anxious about the future,
Depressed about the past,
Ashamed of mistakes that have been made recently,
Perceived failures,
Setbacks,
Challenges,
Obstacles,
Feeling insecure,
Limited,
Lacking,
Lonely,
Tired,
Restless,
Unmotivated,
Perhaps even joyful,
Loving,
Playful,
Inspiring,
Or somewhere in between.
Whatsoever you feel is a-okay,
We're gonna take some deep breaths and see if we can come back to faith in the unfolding of our day,
To come back to trust in our moment-to-moment awareness,
Presence.
That being said my friend,
Getting comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sad,
You can lie down or sit up straight,
Whatever you like.
You're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper into your inner world,
Noticing how you feel in this moment,
Embracing whatsoever's inside.
Taking a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out.
Breathing in new life,
New energy,
And exhale old life,
Old energy.
Breathing into the belly,
And exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Letting go of tension in the jaw,
The lips,
The forehead.
Breathing in love for yourself,
And exhaling love for others.
Breathing in kindness,
And exhale,
Letting go of the inner critic,
Letting go of professionalism,
As you come back to embracing yourself in this moment.
Breathing in,
And breathe out.
Doing good my friends,
Stay with me,
Aware of your body,
Aware of your posture,
As you breathe in,
And breathe out,
And breathe in.
Inhaling slower and softer,
And exhaling even slower,
Even softer.
Natural for the mind to drift,
Allowing the mind to do whatever it likes,
As you witness and welcome thoughts,
Very gently,
Very lovingly.
Holding that breath,
Becoming aware of your presence,
As you hold the breath.
Way to stay with it my friend,
So happy you're joining today.
Breathing into the whole body,
And exhale,
Relaxing the whole body.
Dropping down from the head into the heart space.
Know that you're breathing,
Know that you're alive,
We live to see another day.
Taking one last deep breath for now.
Inhaling,
Holding that breath,
Becoming aware,
As you hold the breath.

My invitation is to find new friends that are not just in the human form,
But recognizing the friends all around us in all their different ways of being.

A bird,
Or a tree,
Or the moon,
Or a river,
A lake.
Just being more friendly with the life that's around us,
Feeling more connected to the life that surrounds us,
Is a great way to actually enjoy our aloneness more and more,
And not feel like we need to be around other people,
Or interacting with other people,
To not feel lonely.
It's totally possible to be alone and feeling connected to the life around you.
