Welcome my friend,
You tuned in to Om Ha Ku,
I'm your host Maamun,
Back with another music meditation just to soothe,
Just to relax,
Just for you.
If you've been experiencing stress,
Anxiety,
Loneliness,
Depression,
Anger,
Boredom,
Perhaps even joyfulness,
Peace,
Playfulness,
Thankfulness,
Celebratory,
Or somewhere in between,
Know that you're not alone,
That millions if not billions of people around the world can relate to the same anxieties,
The same worries,
The same struggles,
That you're not on an island but deeply interconnected.
That being said,
We're going to get comfortable,
Becoming aware of how you're sad,
And we're going to take some deep breaths,
Coming back to trust in the unfolding of life,
We're safe to close the eyes,
Tuning deeper inside,
Witnessing and welcoming the mind,
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing your face,
The jaw,
The lips,
The forehead,
As you take a deep breath in,
And a deep breath out,
Breathing into the whole body,
And exhale,
Relaxing the whole body,
Letting go of worries,
Fears,
Self-doubt,
As you breathe in love for yourself,
And exhale love for others,
Love for the people in your life,
More alive as you breathe in,
Coming back into the body as you breathe in,
Letting it go,
As you breathe in compassion,
Exhale deepening compassion,
Expanding compassion inside,
Becoming aware of how you're sad,
Aware of how you feel,
Aware of your awareness itself,
As you take one last deep breath for now,
The color for today is yellow,
The number is 15,
And the animal is a zebra.
I thank you for joining me across time and space,
Sending you a big hug,
My dear friend,
Wishing you an abundance of love,
Resourcefulness,
Creativity,
And consciousness,
Being conscious about how you can judge yourself,
And judge other people,
And noticing how that feels to be judgmental,
And also reflecting,
Contemplating,
On how every time we're judging somebody else,
We're really judging ourself,
And with that,
I will see you back here tomorrow,
With love.
