Maamun,

Back with another music meditation just to soothe,

I want you to visualize your heart opening,

Feeling the stillness of the ground beneath you,

Feeling rooted.

The color for today is navy,

The number is 33,

And the animal is a jaguar.

I thank you for joining me across time and space,

Sending you a big hug,

My dear friend,

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

Consciousness,

Being conscious of your emotions,

Being conscious of when you feel overheated,

Not just physically,

But emotionally,

Psychologically,

Learning how to cool down,

To connect more to this word,

Coolness.

Sometimes we can get angry,

And if you notice when anger comes,

There's a heat,

It's hot,

It's fire,

So connecting to the water element,

Connecting to the breeze,

The cool air,

To not just physically cool down,

But emotionally cool down.
