Sensations,

Odors.

Extending the spine,

Softening the face,

The jaw,

The lips,

The forehead,

The eyes,

Inside.

Dissolving fear.

The inner criticism,

The inner judgment,

The inner meanness of past.

Letting go of future.

Feeling your presence.

If your mind has been wanting to think,

Now is the time to let your mind be totally free to think.

My friend,

I'm so happy you joined me today.

Despite challenges,

Despite anxieties,

Despite all that's going on in life,

We're here showing up.

Looking inside for the cure.

Feeling the palms of your hands softening.

Feet relax,

Shoulders relax,

Face relax.

Taking one last deep breath for now.

Holding that breath at the top,

Becoming aware as you hold the breath.

Aware of your presence,

Aware of your awareness.

The color for today is black.

The number is seven.

And the animal is a camel.

I thank you for joining me across time and space.

Sending you a big hug,

My dear friend.

Wishing you an abundance of love,

Resourcefulness,

Creativity,

And consciousness.

Being able to see beyond duality,

It takes consciousness.

Being aware,

Being present,

Being able to see beyond the mind,

To witness.

It's not easy to do because our life that we grew up in or the life that we're immersed in isn't always supporting that process of seeing beyond the duality,

Seeing beyond our thinking minds.

And that's why we practice.

That's why we show up each day and we put on the guided meditation or we just sit in silence and we develop this relationship to the witness.

The awareness which is witnessing the movement of the thoughts,

The movement of the emotion,

The sensations.

So cultivating a deeper relationship to the witness,

To the observer.

And with that,
