Aware of this,
Of our lack of being present,
Being in the moment,
We start to become more aware that we really are lost in future thoughts,
Past conversations,
That we're very unconscious of what's going on right in the moment,
Right in front of us.
Welcome my friends,

Back with another music meditation,
Just to see you relax,
Come back to our center,
To a sense of calm,
Balance,
To ground.
That being said,
My friend,
Get in comfortable.
Becoming aware of how you're set.
You can lie down and sit down.
Close the eyes and leave them open.
Whatever you like,
Whatever is natural.
Relaxing the shoulders,
Relaxing the hands and feet,
Relaxing the belly,
Relaxing all the muscles in the face.
So take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out.
Breathing in.
And breathe it out.
Inhaling new life,
New energy.
And exhale.
Let it go in the past,
Let it go in the future.
Breathing in this moment.
And exhale with awareness.
Bringing in trust and the unfolding of life.
Exhale,
Expanding chest,
Deepening chest and sides.
Feeling the energy of trust dissolve worries,
Anxieties,
Fear.
So you breathe in love for yourself.
And exhale love for others,
Love for life,
Expanding the energy of love inside,
Dissolving the inner critic.
Do it again,
My friend.
Stay with me.
Aware of your posture as you breathe in.
And exhale.
And heart.
And exit.
Breathing into the belly.
Exhale,
Relaxing the belly.
Allowing the breath to simply be natural.
As you bring the attention inwards.
If your mind has been wanting to think,
Now is the time to allow the mind total freedom.
To think.

Letting go of thoughts,
Coming back into the body.
Feeling your body alive as you take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Deep breath in.

Softening the face,
The jaw,
Softening the belly,
Relaxing.
Letting go.
You take one last deep breath for now into the belly.
And exhale,
Letting go.

Kind of like a robot just going through the motions on airplane mode.
When we start to meditate,
We become more aware of this,
Of our lack of being present,
Being in the moment.
We start to become more aware that we really are lost in future thoughts,
Past conversations,
That we're very trapped in.
Unconscious of what's going on right in the moment,
Right in front of us.
And that doesn't need to be something heavy.
When we first realized that it can be,
Speaking from my experience,
It can be heavy to realize that it can be depressing to realize that confusing to realize that.

Curiosity,
Wow,
I really haven't been that present to see it as a wonder.
